Have to improve in serving food timing. Breakfast excellent. Had a lunch but have to wait 45min for our meal. Otherwise 10/10.

Since it's not possible to request for an extra bed in the family room, suggest to have a sofa bed in future as an alternative.

The food was basic. We ordered a pizza at the restaurant and it was just a cooked frozen pizza. Same when I ordered a salad, very basic. Breakfast variety was okay, but some of the food was inedible and covered in ants as it had been left out.

Location, swim facilities for kids were great. Family rooms were ideal and comfortable.

we can smell the new renovated room, uncomfortable at early checkin with the woods strong smell. However we made a complaint to the room surveyor, soon after that they send their staff to give us some air freshener.

Life guard at the swimming pool most of the time, ensuring a safe environment to everyone. The staff were all helpful.

The reason I could not rate at 10 for this hotel was its breakfast. Not much choice and nothing great. Anyway I like the hotel for displaying 'Halal' logo at the door.

It's really a resort hotel, where you could see the beaches and swimming pool at the end of the hotel lobby. Courteous and pro-active staff. Yes, this part was very obvious to me and bravo to the Management whom managed to create a wonderful service experience. For example when I was checking out with all my baggage, the concierge quickly gather my baggage on a trolley and pushed it to the kerbside for easy loading to my car. Normally other hotels their concierge would only attend those guests coming to checked-in, not checking-out. The renovated room was fantastic- modern and super clean. Mine was a family room where there were 2 large LED smart TVs. If you come with small kids whom love to play at the swimming pool, there's a self-laundry shop called Dobi Kawan just 200 meter from the hotel, very convenient. Otherwise you could go to Balok's town which was also nearby.

The breakfast should be improve . When I sit on the dining chair got few bite on my thigh it’s itches and I have told the cashier but she didn’t said anything or do anything . The kids pool cleaner should improve .

The pillow was fluffy but was a bit too high causing neck pain. The TV sometimes not accessible due to network distruption. The BBQ buffet dinner was a too costly to dine in with the whole family. The BBQ Buffet dinner menu should be upgrade up to the price charged ( should served real tenderloin, sirloin, no coleslaw, not much choices on the fruit juice. Breakfast should have more menu. The pastries ( croissants, waffles and danish roll ) during breakfast were hard. The pool water was a bit ‘polluted’ ( maybe due to high occupancy) . The cake that I have ordered in Swiss Deli had altered taste.

My room’s view was nice. The bed is comfy. Love the long sandy beach. The Swiss Care was very friendly and efficient. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The tennis court was great. The gym was also interesting.

Water stagnates in the toilet. Foods also required improvement.
