The ladies who made the breakfast they didn't understand English, and it was really difficult to communicate with them. There was no daily cleaning service. Also, there was a beautiful yard in the area, but unfortunately, there was no restriction for smoking, which was really annoying for people who didn't smoke.

It was convenient and the breakfast was good.

It had a damp smell in the room. Windows didn’t open or with difficulty. Outside of windows were dirty. Some dirt in room around edges of ceiling

I liked the location. The staff were nice especially Carlos. The garden could have been nice to sit in if it weren’t for the mosquitoes . Comfortable bed in the room and good strong shower. Breakfast was nice but not much of a choice. Happy hour was a nice touch

We stayed NYE weekend and it was expensive but I guess that is South Beach for you. Otherwise everything is great, nothing to complain about.

My breakfast was included. It is really small choice. Omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, orange juice, coffee. Probably it is ok with my price, but choice is not big. Also air conditioner system is not the best. Just old one with no opportunity to change fan speed. So it is noisy if working and to aggressive:)

Clean, Miami beach is 15 minutes away. Quite Publix near, small comfortable yard.

The bathroom was very cold. The beds uncomfortable. The breakfast startet at 8.30, for us a little bit late.

We really liked the room, it was quite big and very clean, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, there was some dishes and beverages to choose, and the staff was kind. The location was fine, really close to the beach, about 5 minutes walk. We really liked this bed and breakfast and we will definitely come back.

During the night the recepcion is closed.

The suite where we stay was great, cool, nice area and quiet like the request. It was all so a place to park the car at the room door. The breakfast is very good, but prepair to be the first on this meal, other wise have to be pacient.

The layout is a little unusual and I'm not sure I'd want to stay for an extended trip but otherwise, there's very little to complain about.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was a perfect spot for our one night visit. We could walk to Ocean Drive in 10mins and there were lots of places nearby to eat or drink without feeling like we are right in the centre of the noise and partying.
