Nothing, we had a great stay!

Pillohouzzze is in a fantastic location for exploring Melaka. It is easy to walk to all the major attractions. The host is fantastic, friendly and gave us good tips about local places to eat and less touristy markets. The room was small but very clean and had good aircon. The shared facilities in the accommodation were also spotless and very useful to have the water filter in the kitchen.

The host was very accommodating. She was even giving tips where to go and how to go to the destination. The sheets smell so fresh and clean. The place is very accessible and just few minutes walk to all places of interest of Melaka.

Would suggest having a fridge for guests to keep things in. Drinking water was a bit warm.

Wonderful host, close to everything you need. Usually not a fan of sharing bathroom but they were clean, fresh and not that many people to share it with! Free drinking water but not cold

I wished there was some kind of furniture, like a shelf, to store my things at. The same goes for bathroom. If I wanted to use several cosmetics at one go I had to put them on the floor. But that's a minor issue.

The location is perfect and the landlady is suuuper nice and helpful. The facilities are clean and comfy. The wifi worked great! Big common space and kitchen. The ammount of shared bathrooms is enough and I never had to wait for it. At the beggining I got a room without a window but fortunately I could switch it to a different room.

Good size family room (for 4 adults), comfortable beds and pillows, very good location, short walk to Jonker Walk and the river, express bus drop off and pick-up at Casa hotel is less than 5-min walk away. Maria was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

The hostel is in a quiet location but the historic centre is only a few minutes' walk away. The host Marie is incredibly nice and helpful. We had a very good time in Melaka thanks to her tips. The hostel was totally clean and tidy.

I was wandering if the amazing reviews and ratings were real. They definitely are! The host is super super kind and welcoming. She gave a lot of great tips. The place could be much more expensive but still be worth the money. The location is very close to everything but still quiet.

Maria, the owner, is so sweet, and the bathrooms are impeccably clean and tidy. The room is simple perfect for sleeping, and nicely located just out of the main area meaning quiet nights. Loved my stay here.

I liked everything! But in case you're looking for a place to meet other travelers, then this isn't the best option. At my first night, there was a couple staying, but the second night, it was only me. I loved it, though.

Maria is an amazing host! She is super kind, gives you a lot of information about what to do, and the guesthouse is super super clean! The bed was comfortable, the room big, the a/c worked really well and you have access to free water/coffee/tea. The location is perfect! It's in a quiet street at 5 minutes' walking distance of jonker street. You can even wash some clothes and hang them at the balcony. She has every very well organized and it felt like home. Definitely recommend staying here. She is wonderful and her husband is also very kind! I was waiting for my Grab, but first he was stuck in traffic (weekend), and after he got out of the traffic jam, he went north instead of south. I was going to miss my bus and therefore her husband offered me a ride. I still missed the bus, unfortunately, but it was super kind of him, and I really appreciated it!

The location is absolutely perfect! There is now window so make sure you are aware of this. I was so. It knocking. Off points for that. The host is really sweet and helpful.

just little thing - water dispenser sometimes didn't give me cold water but it was just a tiny part.

Location is perfect (not too far from main tourists spots like jonker street (5 min walk), dutch square (8 min walk)) and quiet since it's not right next to the main street where the night market is held. There were few other guests when I stayed, so it was very cozy and quiet inside the house too. Warm water in the bathroom was available. Aircon in my room worked nice too.

The room we had was a little small and there was only one plug socket away from the bed.

Maria was a lovely host making us feel really welcome and constantly giving us tips on what to do. There was a small kitchen with hot and cold drinking water and free coffee/tea. Bathrooms were always clean and AC worked well. Location was great, just a 5min walk to Jonker street.
