Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MalaysiaThe floor superr dirtty . My feet get dirty just by walking around the room . Super disappointing with the facilities . The reception took place far from the room . Theres no iron and hair dryer in the room . For 2 star hotel with the price range seems so unworthy . The toilett smells likeee peee eventho the ventilator was on . Overall i'm so disappointed with my stayy . Hopefully . You guys should upgrade the facility as the price doesnt meet everyone's expectation .

MalaysiaIn our room 2 times black out.. Really disappointed.. No technician at night for emergency purpose. A indian technician guide a housekeeping guy in call to check..is it the service you provided?? Its almost 11.30pm no alternative action taken until we ask.. When try to call reception from room also not reachable.. We travel from selangor to penang.. Not enough time to rest because of this.
Beside the black out issue others all satisfied.
