Table service was sometimes a little bit long.

The location is perfect. Right on the Oro Bay and at the doorstep of an amazing natural pool. The food and service were good. The room impeccable and beautiful.

Wine was very expensive and added taxes in the Bill.

The resort was away from any cruise ship terminal. They served a very good variety of yummy food. The closeness to waterways and the ocean provided lots or excursion options. Very friendly staff. Beautiful gardens.

The property badly needs a refurbishment. The rooms are very 90’s, dark, and definitely not worth the price; which is an absolute shame, considering the location and the beautiful gardens. Beware, the photos online do not reflect the actual property. They were probably taken early 2000.

The location is absolutely amazing and the staffs are incredibly helpful.

Beach sand was dirty, never swept up. Beach towels given out where clean and really in the afternoon not morning. Room service was poor. Always had to ring for extra towel. Only one clean towel a day was left by house keeper.

Minimal food options. Cocktails not great. Rooms were clean, comfortable but dated, bath leaked and didn’t work. Not enough deck chairs on the beach for all guests to use. Umbrella’s we’re falling apart, needs a bit of an uplift.

Location around the bay was lovely and access to kayaks and stand up boards. Relaxing stay.

Lovely hotel, set in gorgeous grounds right by the beach. Really nice room with great bathroom and nice comfortable bed. All the staff were nice. Pool area good. Really close to the natural pool which is stunning.

Nice hotel, close to the Natural Pool. The hotel provides kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and etc. However, there are not enough of kayaks for everyone, sometimes people need to wait for sometime. The hotel restaurant is good, but not too much of variety of food. There is only another cafe near by that serves lunch only and needs to be booked a day in advance. So if you would like to visit other cafes, restaurants, then will need to rent a car or book a taxi.

The room had a couple of small maintenance issues (although the room itself was very nice).

The resort was in a lovely location, with excellent staff and a very good restaurant and good facilities. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing stay.

There was a constant shortage of beach towels, which was odd. While there were lots of staff in the restaurant, there was no one coming around the pool to ask if we wanted drinks, which was again, a missed opportunity. If you do the walk to the natural pool, which you should, take snorkeling equipment- we were not advised to do this and wished we had been.

The layout and setting of this hotel is stunning. Right on a beautiful beach with a pretty tidal river that flows into it. The bungalows are clean, spacious and private. The beds are comfortable and the food is delicious. All water fun equipment, canoes, paddle boards, snorkels and fins are free. Sitting out on the big balcony of your bungalow on the day bed, listening to the birds and watching the water, is one of the most relaxing places to be anywhere in the world.

Perfect location, literally like stepping into the brochure photos. White sand, warm, blue-green sea, palms and pines. Very quiet and secluded, it felt like having the place to ourselves. Staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed the service.

Limited menu in the somewhat expensive restaurant.

The resorts is located in beautiful part of the island, with istunning white sand beach , well appointee and presenter rooms. The resort has excellent facilities with many activities provided including various water craft, snorkelling equipment, games room and library... even beach table tennis! The nearby "Natural pools" are a highlight, with excellent snorkelling and stunning scenery.

There was a cat roaming around the restaurant area every time people were out eating, which was detracting
