The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was lovely. Our room was so spacious especially for children. Great facilities on site. The pool and beach access were awesome. Within walking distance of so many restaurants. Just an amazing experience overall.

We stayed in the over water bungalow which was absolutely beautiful! The water is amazing and you can just walk into the sea and snorkel! We have snorkelled in many places but this wasn’t far the best. The staff were so lovely too.

The food is terrible! Sadly you needed to catch the water shuttle into the main island to get a descent meal.

- no wifi in room - insects in room not clean - non functioning bath (fixed by maintenance at first night) - very limited vegetarian options in bar/restaurant - buffet style restaurant instead of a la carte - cold swimming pool

The aquatonic pool was unreal, I’ve never been in one like that with all the massage jets, amazing! Loved the pool, comfortable rooms and appreciated the effort they went to for making my partners cake for her birthday

Don't listen bad comments, please... That place is an amazing value for money. Second stay on the overwater room and was amazing. We tried the dinner buffer this year and it was tasty!

Beautiful location.Bungalows were old but very clean. Pool and bar area very clean and inviting.

The dinner buffet quality was not great.We prefer a plant based diet but very little choice in that respect. There was no ala carte option available that night so had no alternative choice. No eating out options in Poindemie either. Breakfast buffet was really good.Plenty of choice.

No information was provided to us during check it, so we were unaware about how to book the ferry across to the mainland, how to use the amenities, how to book water sports- it would have been good to have some introduction to the hotel and what they could offer. We weren’t even shown or given direction of where our room was, we were just handed a key on arrival. Our luggage didn’t arrive to the room until 2 hours after we checked in, we tried to follow up multiple times however we were provided no updates.
