Main restaurant dinner - tried to give me a hamburger that was literally the size of a hockey puck then looked confused when I refused to accept it and sent it back.

Pool had a beer can and other garbage in it.I cleaned it out. The cool buttons they have to page the waiters wasn't working right. The AC in our room was not working properly.

The room has a perfect configuration. The AC works perfectly, keeping the room temperature without interfering or having drastic changes.

Noise in corridors (mainly young children being allowed to run riot for some reason) late at night, and music noise from pool area around 11pm to midnight. Other than that, there are no negatives

Amazing staff throughout the hotel, they also let us check in early, arranged seamless transfers for us, great food options (including breakfast), room was wonderful and spacious, great facilities, lovely views. Also a massive bonus having tea and coffee facilities in the room!

Charged us for two hand towels that were supposedly missing. We never saw the hand towels after a room cleaning while there, they charged me $23 for 2.

I was there 4 nights and the first two days I received no cleaning service after I left the room around 10am. I even asked the cleaning staff on day 2 as I was passing them down the hallway. Not expected for this level of hotel and this price.

Unfortunately, the only aspect of my stay that fell short of my expectations was during the breakfast. While the selection of food was decent, the assistant at the breakfast area right before you go inside the restaurant seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, and didn’t pay attention to the breakfast being included with my stay, and argue that it wasn’t and made me go ask for the tickets for my breakfast, that was a little uncomfortable resulting in delays and a slightly disappointing dining experience. However, the rest of the hotel's services and facilities more than made up for this small setback. No biggie.

Of course the prices at the hotel bar are a bit high, but that's I guess expected when you are a captive audience.

The room was clean and nice. The pool is excellent, and the breakfast is amazing. This is the best kept secret in Managaua for hotels.

Everything was great.

It’s in a great location - on the way up to Altos de Villa Fontana. The hotel is extremely comfortable with a large and secure parking lot and a pristine large swimming pool. It’s a great place for families with kids. The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was great - with a modern walk-in shower instead of an outdated bathtub (which you can find in older Hilton hotels). Very good price for what you get. I highly recommend this place.
