“I upgraded for an extra cost and had to go self catering, this was to be a surprise for my wife she was expecting to be treated better than having to self cater. All hotels we have stayed in do have clean towels and coffee placed in the room each day .the upgrade was not explained very well I have read the details of both the studio and apartment and they are both the same which one is right? We were both disappointed with the so called upgrade for the extra expense very disappointed not as good as your other Cityden. Ian Smythe.”
