Airport shuttle driver is so awful. (12th May 5pm shift) He will drive off even if he can see you walking to the shuttle. He was just horrid.

This hotel was situated quite close to the airport and the airport shuttle service was really good. Rooms were spacious and we found most of the needed things for a perfect safe. Overall the stay was good. Rooms were neat and comfortable

The bathroom was very large, and I was excited at the prospect of soaking in the bath after a long flight. Unfortunately, when I went to run a bath I realised that the bottom of the bath around the plughole was covered with limescale and rust, so I ended up just having a shower instead. It also looked like the plug would not seal properly if I had used it. The bath in this room (356) definitely needs to be refurbed.

I was staying one night as I had a long layover and didn't fancy hanging around the airport when everything was shut between 10pm and 4am. The free shuttle from the airport was really handy. Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The room was really large for the price I paid. It had plenty of storage and space for repacking my luggage, the bed was comfy, and it was well-stocked with teas and coffees. There is a 24/7 self-service convenience kiosk on the ground floor, as well as the bar/restaurant area. Shuttles back to the airport from the hotel run from 5am. A reservation ticket is required, which can be bought at reception for 5 euros.

It was very difficult for me to bring my heavy luggage up on the stairs at the entrance of hotel, and nobody to assist.

Room was excellent and very quiet. The shuttle very convenient and the location close to the airport. The dining room had a comfortable atmosphere. Check-in staff very friendly and helpful.

Although it was near to the airport it still was quiet. You can grab something to eat at any hour (also some vegan food), and although it’s not that cheap, it’s nice to have! The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Very small thing but hair dryer in the bathroom was almost dead!

Very nice and helpful staff. The shuttle service to airport is extremely useful. If staying for 3 days do use the shuttle pass at discounted rate. The Minimart has wraps, sandwiches ready to go and open 24*7. My son used the pool too and was very satisfied. Highly recommended for family travellers.
