The cleanliness was superb. The room is spacios and confortable. My room was by the metro station, however, the noise wasn't an issue.

It would have been nice if the car park was free.

The staff were friendly. The room was lovely with a lot of space to put away the luggage neatly, nice to find tea and coffee making facilities and the fridge also came in handy. The shower was magnificient and there were extra pillows. It was very modern. We also had a nice dinner and after our show we had drinks in the hotel lounge. We would definitely book again if we want to go to another show in the area. We paid extra for parking, but felt the car was put away safely.

The location and view were spectular and the bed very comfortable. Bike renting worked perfect to discover surroundings. Very friendly Bartender too!

Outside was very grey. I also got rung by reception on first night and was very rudely told I was making too much noise. I was actually watching tv in bed when all sort of noise was in the corridor. The man was very rude and didn’t even listen to what I was saying

The hotel was super clean, nicely renovated and with very friendly staff. We booked it mainly due to the location. The Metro line is a direct one to the Ahoy (10min) and the the city centre (15min). The restaurant & lobby bar are cozy and a good place to close the night with a cocktail. I would recommend this hotel 10/10

Soap & towels were replaced daily when they didn’t need to be, not very sustainable! Would benefit from a coffee machine in room. Free bottle of water in room should be standard.

Convenient location for Ahoy venue. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms with a lovely rainfall shower & large sink. Loved the look of the bar & restaurant area too although didn’t use.

The only downside was the pillows that were not comfortable at all.

The room was very clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good. The restaurant is not from the hotel, but the access is from the hotel and it's a very good restaurant, with good food and drinks

The staff were friendly and smiling. The hotel is very nice, the room was spacious, clean and the wifi connection was fast despite the number of people connecting. The elevators are fine as well. The hotel is located at the foot of a metro station! We really enjoyed our stay at Art Hotel!

for smokers it is not comfortable because there is no place to smoke, you had to go ul and down, + the lift was not good, or just because they were cleaning it for several days. key-card often diddnt work and i have got rashes all over my body from hotel shower gel 😭

location is very good, service, rooms with good tv, We liked it so much that we changed 2 rooms on our stay. Beautiful view, beautiful workers.

The view was good, and there was a separate area in the room where you can just sit and look at the night city.

Super easy to take the metro to places all over Rotterdam with the nearby metro. A really good restaurants in the same bulding as the hotel which was very convenient . We enjoyed our stay very much

It was expensive however aware large festival on this weekend which could have made it more expensive. Restuarant downstairs within the hotel was also amazing!

The hotel is very beautiful, very clean and with nice atmosphere! The staff was very nice and polite. The room had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect with our stay. The location is very close to the metro station and tram as well.

Great hotel. Very clean, great rooms. Very good food in the hotel restaurant. Very nice service. Convenient location. Beautiful view of Rotterdam from the 12th floor. I highly recommend.
