The light (out of our room) went through the window from the top/ceiling of the room was on the whole night which affected my sleep a bit.

Lot of green in the neighbourhood area which feel peaceful and quiet. Staff are friendly. Our suite room is spacious, super comfortable and very welcoming with all facilities we need. All day self-service coffee/cappuccino available by the coffee machine at the pantry (breakfast area). Breakfast with different kind of warm bread is amazing! The breakfast room is very welcome and cozy with stuff always standby to refill, clean or serve if needed. Though no restaurants in-house for dining, easy to drive to the centre for supermarket, restaurants or takeaways by car. Would really like to go back and stay again.

Very polite staff and very nice breakfast with the fact i paid 50 euros and breakfast was included room was spacious,clean and comfortable.Perfect for a overnight stay.

Almost nothing. Considering the excellent value for money, shared showering facilities are a small sacrifice. The location is two miles from the city centre (an easy walk), but the weather was poor this time and being closer to the centre would have been nice just this once.

Beautiful and quiet location. Comfortable bed. Friendly greeting when I arrived - I was shown the electric control for the skylight blind above the room (this was my third stay and I was not told about this before). Plenty of wall sockets in the room. Decent breakfast - all you can eat (if you want). Very good value for money.

The bed was too soft. Didn’t sleep that well.

The room is spacious and a very nice shower. Perfect location for visiting out and near a nice forest. Basic but good breakfast option and tea and coffee are available all day.

Everything was great. Great location close to StrijpS and in the woods for a nice walk ,good service,lovely clean room,lots of choices for breakfast. Definitely will be back.

Supplies for the toilet/shower area were low/missing and it took some time to get a refill.

Convenient place to find, very quiet, nice facilities, although the toilets and the shower rooms are shared, they are very clean and usable. Decent breakfast and the coffee/tea facilities available any time, which is nice. Comfy place to stay for a while if needed after the checkout.

No en-suite rooms. The rooms we were in had open roofs which let in lots of light. Luckily I'd brought an eye mask

It feels a little bit like a hospital but that is expected and quite OK

I enjoyed the very comfortable bed and pillow. The room was very clean. It is located is a very quiet area. The facilities were quite OK. Location is very close to the Eindhoven Airport (5-10 minute drive) which was excellent.

We had a get-together that late afternoon and early evening. Going back to the hotel at around 10:30 pm, we wanted still to eat something. Out of luck. The hotel only serves breakfast. With no restaurants nearby that were still open, we decided not to venture out again and just wait for an early breakfast. Oh well...

Nice hotel for a good price. We stayed in the deluxe room for 1 night which was larger than the standard rooms. Nice modern shower and bathroom. Free coffee and thea in the common room. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. Good price for the room including breakfast.

Toilet and bathroom is not in the rooms but we knew it in advance. Far from the city centre about 50 minutes by walk.

Very nice green area, peaceful, quite. A small farm inside the area with alpakkas and lamas so the accomodation is perfect for chilling and have a good rest. Cleanliness is perfect so do the breakfast. Big choice of Dutch cheese.
