Location is a little bit far from the train station if you come on foot with a big backpack like me. But it's no big deal if you enjoy the view on the way.

The neighbourhood is fantastic! It looks so nice and tranquil, with many flora, fauna(all kinds of wild birds), and beautiful houses. If you enjoy nature you would looooove this place to death. The room and house are nicely decorated, comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Its a big house and the top floor and first floor is rented out, i didn't have a separate wash basisn and it was inside the room like a kitchen basin. rest everything was good, extra room with library,, 2 sofas ..children like a lot, the owner is the host and very good ..making us comfortable and near Eindhoven station.

Great location and great room. We had the family room on the top floor, plenty of space for 3 of us and lovely charm to it. Owner was very friendly and I would stay here again when back in Eindhoven.

Since there are other rooms for other customers at the same floor, it can happen to hear noises if people come home later in the night. I report this since it can bother some people (it was not a problem at all in my case).

The house is in a very peaceful area, that you can reach in 10/15 minutes walking from the city center. The owner is very friendly and available for any needs. At the same price is rare to find accomodations in the city and with the private bathroom. There is a also a water kettle and coffe machine. Even if the room is not particularly big, there is everything you need and well organized. I'll definitely choose this place again if I need again an accomodation in the city.

The refrigerator and cooling facilities are not quite sufficient. Additionally, there aren't many alternatives available for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated in a beautiful spot and easily accessible by walking to the city center. The advantage of having a parking facility here is quite nice. It is great that it is quiet due to its location and that the interior areas are clean and well-maintained.

Free parking, very friendly host, all whtas needed, was there. 15 min walk to Eindhoven' centre, 10 min to DAF Museum. Possible to hold luggage also after checkout.

Every thing was ok, except.... the weather 😊 but we got used to it in the end, so we definitely will love to visit again.

The heat was only turned on at certain times of the day, so it could get chilly. It was a minor issue having the bathroom outside the room (though dedicated to the room) - I would stay there again.

Unclear to me if there are any common rooms or if it’s just the bedroom? No info on the WiFi (at least not in the room), indeed very cold at night (I’m used to more blankets in winter) took a long time to warmup and fall asleep. Not cheap for a B&B without breakfast.
