Ferry the host was exceptional going the extra mile by way of communication and assisting us with everything from washing to restaurant suggestions, which both were fantastic. He provided a fridge with everything we need and local snacks. Would definitely recommend.

It is perfectly located and the apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and all sorts of drinks and treats were offered which was so kind. The property owner/ manager was very attentive to details and very friendly. He even equipped the apartment with beautiful flowers. It was all perfect.

Location: the hotel is very well located. It is only 2-3 minutes walk away from the really busy area yet remains quiet all day long. Service: very warm and attentive. I got some really good suggestions for restaurants as well. Facilities: very modern interior in a historical building. It feels the renovation was done very recently.

Because it is a private residence there is no reception or lobby area. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow and steep - no wonder, since it is an old building, just something to be aware of.

Park Mansion is a beautiful old residential building where the upper floors now function as a hotel. It Is full of old-world quirky charm, but the rooms are the exact opposite - sleekly modern and minimalistically elegant. The location is superb for visits to some of the main museums in Amsterdam and the Concertgebauw. The host was very friendly and well-informed about the neighbourhood.

The Park Mansion property was absolutely beautiful. I personally booked the Garden Suite and it was breathtaking. The online check made it super easy and convenient so when I finally arrived, I was greeted by the host and immediately shown to my room so I could put my luggage down and relax. All the amenities worked perfectly with no issue and the host was always available if I had a question or request. My comfortability was their number one priority. This hotel is also located in a great place for most of the main attractions in Amsterdam so walking was no problem and was a great way to explore. All that said, the service, experience, and pure serenity of the Park Mansion Hotel was well worth the cost. Would recommend for anyone looking for a unique and memorable place to stay for their trip to Amsterdam.

Location was perfection. Right next to Vondelpark which was gorgeous and the the museums. Our hostess Jaleesa was simply amazing. Very helpful and responsive. Would not change a thing. Get the additional pkg. Totally worth it. The apt is absolutely beautiful.

Don't bring a heavy case - The stairwell is very steep and (being an apartment) you will have to carry your own. (Although I think the stairwell is a normal feature of Amsterdam).

Fabulous big room with views of the park and trees. Excellent position to access Amsterdam by foot (or bike). Kitchenette was well sticked with snacks and drinks.

steep steps/ no elevator- challenging for luggage

Funky shabby chic space - imagine your eclectic rich art collector uncle ran an air b&b! we paid the step up fare to have a stocked fridge/pantry… definitely recommend this extra indulgence! The snacks were great for in room happy hours, breakfasts & late nite munchies. Nicholas was helpful & attentive. He recommended restaurants for dinners& we were able to request special drinks & food in the room and that was very appreciated. Only one disappointment-I wish we’d have known that 2 tix to Rijks museum were included — that would have saved us 40 euros.

Silly ones… there isn’t anything unless you really nit pick! The TV/Roku system is annoyingly slow in response (age maybe?) but at the end of the day we hardly bothered with it. Maybe a small update to the hifi kit to allow bluetooth feed into it? Switches everywhere for lights everywhere which would be amusing during the dark nights!

An amazing and unique apartment set on the second floor with every facility you would need to make the place a home. The upgrade option for de-luxe is definitely worth it as the ‘kitchenette’ was stocked, and re-stocked, extraordinarily well, the room visited by the cleaner each day and included a lovely touch of beautiful flowers adorning all rooms. We were looked after so well by Nicolaas, thanks again!, who introduced us to the apartment and suggested places to visit. Nicolaas even carried up our luggage to the room meaning no sweat for me!! Also includes a lovely quiet aircon in the bedroom which was definitely a bonus for the week we stayed!

The whole apartment, decoration, breakfast, bathroom, are amazing. The details are surprisingly beautiful. The location also is amazing, close the best museums, stores. Even with de COVID situation, our trip to Amsterdam was amazing.
