You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandThe stairs leading to the rooms are very steep and the upper corridor very narrow. The room was so small that we had trouble finding space for our luggage. The beautiful restaurant unfortunately served meals only till 6 p.m. (due to lack of personal.) No vegetarian main meals and all served with french fries. There was no water boiler in the room nor any other possibility to get a coffee/ tea after closing of the restaurant. Located right on the main road.
Stylish, modern and very clean rooms. Quality mattress. Beautiful restaurant with a patio. Nice fresh breakfast. Ample parking even in full shade. Easy to find. Very close to the national park.

United KingdomHotel kitchen and restaurant is closed on Mon and Tues. This was not stated in the Booking.com site. I found out when I arrived by being told this was indicated as part of the booking email confirmation. The booking being non refundable. You will have to make alternative arrangements for an evening meal. Fortunately there is a very good Brasserie Delicat about 300m away. Also beware the temperature control on the high pressure shower relies on fiddling two taps. The hot gets very hot and it is easy to burn yourself if the mix is not quite right. Others have commented on the friendly staff. They must have been away. Only met one individual who only smiled when I paid and checked out.

Tea and coffee were only available 'until the last guest checked in' on Monday and Tuesday. It would have been helpful to have a kettle and tea/coffee tray in the room

United KingdomStaff were friendly but everything felt rushed. We were checked in by the chef who was again, friendly but couldn't give any local advise. The owner (assumably) mumbled to her how many nights and didn't bother to make any acknowledgement at all. The lady by the breakfast didnt bother to ask how our stay was or make any small talk whatsoever. Really a shame.
Clean and tidy hotel on the edge of Hoenderloo. Plentiful breakfast and comfortable beds!
