The room was a older for the price you pay. Our showerhead did not function properly, and the bedsheets were stained.

The area was very peaceful and quiet. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was rather good. The oats were stale but otherwise everything was being done fresh.

According to the hotel description, the room was equipped with a coffee machine and a minibar. However, there were no coffee capsules in the room and the minibar did not work. The description of the "minibar" is also misleading as it was just an empty small fridge.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, along the river, not too far from the railway station and close to the center of Maastricht. The room was very comfortable.

We specifically booked a superior room in the new wing, but after a long check-in, ended up in an executive room in the older part that was 'sold' as a complementary upgrade. Room wasn't renovated and doors, furniture, bedlinen and walls were damaged. Safe wasn't working. For this type of room the price is excessive.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good as always and the location is great.

Our room was very cold. it was a cold night outside. We turned up the radiator to full but it only helped a little bit...the room was still very cool during the night. We explained this to reception when we checked out. We think the radiator was faulty.

Yes the interior was a bit outdated but well maintained. The extractor fan/hood in the breakfast room could be a bit stronger.

Excellent service - never had a quicker checkin & checkout process 👍. Front desk personnel very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast team was very good too - always very busy but very quick and always with a smile. Parking was very comfortable.

The cost was way out for a hotel of this caliber. I would put it 3 star at best or maybe 3 star+ at most. The reception when entering was less than welcoming. One of the staff told me to deal with another member as they were busy then just turn her back and walked off. Even the other member of staff shook there head in disbelief. The room was spacious but not much wardrobe space, no drawers to put clothing in but a desk for some reason? The hotel is very dated and old looking. Could do with a refurbishment. The restaurant is not big enough at breakfast times and they put you in the bar area which is another room. So if you want cooked eggs you have to go to the main restaurant to collect and walk back. The car park is very expensive and it didn't work on exit so i had to pay again as i had traffic behind me at the barrier. When i complained i was told i should of come back to reception to sort the ticket.

The hotel was pretty central. Easy to get to a lot of the attractions. The bar was good and open late, Even though it was expensive. Breakfast was reasonable.

We turn the heating up as it was cold . but after turning the heating to high it didn't change must most probably went to about 19 to 20 degree

It rained!

Location was excellent and accommodations were were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the old town square, and local shopping. You are right on the river, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Definitely a YES!
