The service in the restaurant in the evening was very slow, we waited a long time for both our starter and our main courses. The food, when it came, was very good.

The room looked tired even though the receptionist said those rooms were only 4 years old. Door didn’t close properly (was open when we first came to room), the door chain was broken, soap dish in shower was broken, no shampoo. So I wonder how did the hskp supervisor check the room? Worst was the temperature in the room - airco (set on lowest possible) didn’t work and room temp was too high to sleep (24 degrees). The only real highlight of this hotel is the staff in the reception and in the breakfast. Very friendly!

One part of the hotel is going through the refurbishment. The other part has old warned rooms. This hotel will be absolutely great when fully refurbished, but presently staying in old rooms is a not an excellent experience.

Great location on the river Maas with the city centre in a walking distance, just a nice walk over the bridge. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Drop-off in front of the hotel entrance and a parking for €22 per day just around the corner.

Water pressure of the shower the rooms wwas very sold when I checked in on Monday evening, I asked to move to another room and they said that all rooms where all the same cold. I complained, but :(

The location was great as it was walking distance to the train station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The staff and service was fantastic.

i had the bad luck to have a room on the side where a restaurant is. CUstomers were smoking outside and speaking loudly. I could not sleep until late. THis is not the fault of the hotel, but , I just wanted to mention it as it is part of the experience.

City tax is not included in the price and you have to pay a deposit (it is refunded when you leave).

I only stayed one night. Hotel service was good and staff was friendly. Parking lot was fine too. I didn't have breakfast.

The hotel room, especially the bathroom, could use a renovation. There was no elevator from inside the hotel to the garage which was inconvenient with a stroller. There was also trouble with the water pressure as very little water came through in the shower.

The location is great, as is the hotel itself. Nice big room, lobby and bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well.
