I did not like that this trip I could only stay for 2 nights. I would love to come back as soon as possible!

I was born in Rotterdam some years ago and coming back always is a treat. More so, if it can be combined with a stay at the landmark iconic SS Rotterdam. An absolute highlight of my trip to Holland (The Netherlands)

I got superior room which was smaller than previously. But it was nice and clean.

I was there 4 years ago and the value for this money has changed. There is less choices than previously, but choice during breakfast is OK you get all needed types of food.

Perhaps you could ask guests to be wary of other guests when they walk to their rooms after 22:00, the sound travels easily in the corridors and we woke up on a few occasions. On the restaurant deck 2 parasols were broken, and it was a really hot day. so many people burnt. I find the QR code ordering at deck restaurant very impersonal and it shows in the some of the staff too when being served. Menus would be nice on the tables too.

    Spacious room, breakfast great.

No access to promenade deck to take a stroll. Carpets outside rooms tatty in places. Coffee maker in room is very noisy. Small kettle would be much better to make tea and coffee.

The fact that it's an old ocean liner and food was very nice.

We would be on the Lido deck and couldn’t walk inside and get a drink. They’d either send someone out or we had to go somewhere else.

The pictures seemed to show there is a pool here, there isn't really. It's a very small wading pool. It is quite a distance away from everything and the bus comes over 30 minutes or so.

The boat itself is fantastic. The restaurant is very good and the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable.

Maybe a bit remote and not quite in walking distance of the city (but ok by bike or when taking the taxi boats). Rooms and bath rooms are of course rather small; but you are on an ocean liner, after all.

Old ocean liner that still emits the vibe of a cruise when on board. Rooms have been nicely done in a fifties style; but with modern bath rooms. There is an outdoor area with pool on the top deck. And a very nice little wine bar on the promenade deck. Taxi boats stop directly at the ship. But the city can also easily be reached by bike (can be rented from the hotel).

No A/C in room so got rather warm. Internal room too so no windows (as expected). Otherwise was very nice.

Great idea for a hotel, lovely room, plenty of space amd was clean. Had secure parking on site for our motorbikes which was the reason for picking this.

Most of the boat is closed off & unused, going to waste (bookable only for meetings or events). The pool is for very small children only, knee high water & no adults allowed. The front desk had one friendly informative employee (Julia) but all the rest didn’t care about your experience at all. Barely sharing two words with us when we checked-in. Didn’t think about it beforehand, but of course none of the windows open, so the rooms can get quite hot. The ship is moored opposite a scrap metal site & not very picturesque but the rest of Rotterdam makes up for it. A thirty minute walk from a shop, makes hiring a bike necessary.

The ship was a wonderful piece of history. Small Art Deco details inside. A very good breakfast (cereal, fruit, cooked breakfast, pancakes & pastries), good selection. Only the back deck is open, but it’s a lovely place to sit out in the sunshine. Rotterdam, like most of Holland, is superb to cycle around & bikes are available to hire from the check-in desk or via the company ‘Donkey Republic’.
