Hotel gym was a bit lackluster, but had a nice view. Gate at the back of the hotel was closed so you had to go through some other area to exit around the back which is not indicated very well.

Nice and spacious room, clean. Staff is very friendly. Close to the tram & bus stops to get to the city center. Nice neighborhood. A small gesture was included as this was a stay for the 5th anniversary of me and my partner. Hats off to the staff for this.

cooperation in late check out. Need little effort to find solution. I requested for late check out, the lady was very Quique to say all are booked.

My room was upgraded to executive and was very clean. Breakfast as usual variety and plenty. location specially the back ones were nice. In short I liked them all. Thank you for everything.

Room cleaning could be performed better (some hair on the bathtub upon arrival) and, when changing towels, although they were clean, however it seemed like they were not properly handled (some residual dust+hair on those probably attached from the transport basket). No free parking at the hotel premises (€26/day)

Hotel perfectly located (Embassies quarter) to visit the the beach (Visserhaven about 2 km) and the The Hague Centre (3 km) both can be easily reached either by foot or by public transport which are super easy.

The hotel had a smell of sewage in reception that was masked by air fresheners that was disconcerting. It was very busy as the hotel, like others in town, was hosting sailing teams for the Allianz sailing world championships. This meant the hotel and its staff were having to work very hard throughout. They did this very well. Exceptions were on check in that took 30 minutes. My room was executive level but I was not told until my last day that I could use an executive lounge on the 9th floor. It would have been nice a breakfast was very busy with all the sailors about.

There was a smell near the elevators at times. Room services had an extra charge of 7.5 euros.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a nice view. The staff were very welcoming.

Cleaning ladies - entered in our room 2-3 times/day, different hours, no knocking. No coffe capsule refresh in 4 days (I paid for 4 days ... my expectation is to have coffe for every day, no????) Bad smell in elevator and sometimes in lobby

There was a weird smell, like bad sewerage, mainly at reception and they used some sort of nice smells to help mask it but it travelled up the lifts at certain times but not to the rooms. It wasn’t a huge issue but just a bit weird. And the room had half the shower cubicle door missing so the shower always soaked the bathroom. And the toilet seat was really loose. Strange small things that you’d think they’d fix

The hotel was amazing, we booked last minute and didn’t realise how lovely it would be. The views were over the town and the room was really lovely. There were 2 toilets which was handy (family suite) and it felt really special there. There was a dressing area with plenty of space for luggage and a safe as well. The breakfast was lovely, so much choice and really tasty. Noticed there was a lot more available when we went earlier (8.30 rather than 9.30). Friendly place and really helpful with requests like when we needed extra bedding

Perfect location near big park... with bicycles (offered also by hotel) the city centre is like 5-10 minutes ride, and big sandy beaches like 15-20 minutes ride. Rooms was big, comfy and clean. Staff at reception very helpfull.
