We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaSome facilities were a bit outdated, such as the pool and gym. From the amount that you’re paying a night, you would expect a bit more from the facilities. But you can still use them, so that’s fine. Some staff were also a bit rude. I wanted to book a massage but they were full. Of course this can happen, but in my experience, other hotel’s staff could still offer to put you on waitlist and call you in the event of a cancellation. Instead, the staff just said “we’re full”. And when I asked if there’s a waitlist, without checking “sure, we’ll call you when someone cancels”. But then she doesn’t even have my room number. She also never even asked which days I wanted a massage, I was staying there for 4 days.
Location is great, away from big cities. You actually can relax here.

NetherlandsI surprised my best friend with this hotel for her 30th bday (she wanted to be in nature on her bday). I asked the hotel to do something nice with the room to surprise her and they decorated it with balloons, flags and chocolates. We eat vegan so they even ordered vegan chocolates in order to do this, so amazing! The location is amazing and the hotel has a very nice outside place. Lots of cosy corners to sit and talk with a nice wine or some good food. Even though dogs are allowed in the hotel, I couldn’t tell because it was super clean everywhere. I will definitely return!

The hotel was well kept and very clean. The pool and sauna were a nice bonus. The breakfast was really nice. They had a surprising amount of vegan food to offer. The room was also really big and clean. The beds were super comfortable.

NetherlandsOverall, cleanliness was good, but we noticed one or two things that could be improved. Very minor things; the coffee cups in the room were slightly sticky & my toddler found a very dusty shelf under the TV cabinet but overall very happy with our stay (and hope to return soon)!.
Beautiful location - highly recommended!! We only spent one night and wished we had booked for longer! The staff were very friendly, the family room spacious and comfortable and lovely cafe/terrace overlooking the forest!
