Nothing, the stay was great.

Everything mostly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Anthony :) The room was nice, clean, and cosy. It wasn't possible to join the beds together, but that didn't take away from the experience. The breakfast was great, good value for the money (14 euros per person). The location is great, very accessible thanks to the free ferry (15 minutes to city center). Street parking nearby, relatively cheap (about 10 euros per day).

Super quirky. One of only two paddle steamers in Holland and beautifully restored. So much communal space and fantastic views over the water. Breakfast substantial.

Such a wonderful atmosphere! Beautiful boat, so peaceful. Excellent service. Impeccably, clean and well appointed. Great breakfast. Nice location away from the crowds, but just a short fairy ride to the center of Amsterdam.

My only issue was the shower door in our room was hard to seal completely so water came out on the floor when I showered. Other than that the bed was comfy and loved how we had our own private bathroom.

It was at a great location that was easy to get to. They provided unlimited coffee and tea for us and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Rooms were good but public areas were exceptional. A very good breakfast too. The location is very convenient for the old town and the NDSM area is buzzing once you find the hidden restaurants!

It’s probably the best option in Amsterdam, but Price is expensive still, you need to take the ferry to go to the centre every time (it’s free), breakfast is good but could have more options.

It’s a very charming place with a good location and excellent staff. Good price comparing with other places in Amsterdam, but still over priced in my opinion. Good breakfast.

It was very clean, Anthony was very accommodating and the location is super,it's easy to go around in the city, we like the ferry too. We will surely comeback to KAPITEIN ANNA 🤩 oh and the Breakfast was Good😊

Cabin portholes were rusty and stained, and had poor quality makeshift silicone repairs. Hard to get the attention of the staff in the evening even when we were the only people there

Beautifully restored and spacious bar and lounge. I suspect it was not that good when new. 24 hour free freshly made coffee, it was from a machine, but a good one. Great buffet breakfast.

Very nice old cozy ship which is very well renovated, we had a fantastic stay. Easy access to the central station by free of charge public ferries just close by the ship. Really good location!

Cannot complain about anything.

Great location, easy to take ferry over from central train station which is right down town. Unique place to stay, easy to find, just turn left on pier 6 left when coming off ferry. Captain very friendly. We had the breakfast on board, great. Highly recommend.

Everything was fine actually. The only thing that I would like to notice, is that you really feel how the ship is rocking. So if you're super sensitive, be careful.

We feel like at home. The guy, who met us, Anthony, was very polite. He explained completely everything, that the average tourist should know, when stays in this hotel. Wifi quality was fine. Breakfast was tasty. And the view during the breakfast was awesome.
