i found a little bit difficult the arriving with the car because the parking is not in the hotel and i had to leave my car in front of the hotel (the space is little) and then i had to move it to the parking. i would sugget to send in adavance to customer the instructions for the parking.

Entrance was pretty dark and unwelcoming, very inconsistent staffing, didn't receive the same service as a friend who was checking in at the same time. Went to our room and found someone in it, door keys stopped working every day which was a pain top resolve especially when it was busy at reception.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were fresh and comfortable with a good view of the harbour.

The shower needs a screen/door to stop water going over the floor, apart from that it was great

Staff at reception seeed to have missed the people skills course. A bit underwhelming expected a bit better for price. Especially when you look at other hotels near by. Ps the local metro only excepts existing tickets and top ups. If you don't have a ticket, you can't use the local station.

Hotel bar was busy and Swiss prices. Not easy to get served. Rodin, French brasserie down the road, was lovely and reasonable with friendly staff. The Get Back bar at Stadhuisplein is also good and lively. So head out the hotel for food & drinks. The stairs are a bit convoluted at the hotel. I used the lift although normally I prefer stairs.

Fantastic location overlooking the port and watching the boats bobbing along. Leuvehaven tramstop just opposite. Maritime museum down the road. Great breakfast with good choice. Nice, safe area. Super modern and comfortable room and bed. I found the shower great so don't know what other guest were complaining about. Lifts fast and never busy. Great to be able to open the window slightly for fresh air. Rotterdam main station and Euromast a few stops away. You can get around the city easily from here. Hotel staff were friendly. A good choice for solo travellers. I enjoyed my stay. Got the train to Amsterdam and organized a trip to Kreukenhof with Tours & Tickets at the station there. A must see. Booked a queen room with a harbour view - totally worth it for the view.

I don't see any basic toiletries provided by the hotel.

Room size, cleanliness and the hotel location is aboslutely good. We had a small gathering at the bar and sancks are good. Morning brekfast is basic but good options. Kids and family will enjoy a lot.

Had to ask several times for more coffee and ended up going to downstairs restaurant who gave us two complimentary drinks. The lobby area still has a pungent smell of drains! But hotel is spotless.

Fabulous view over the river. Comfy bed and great shower. Quick check in. Handy having fridge as could buy milk for drinks in the room. Just bring more coffee with you… it’s like gold dust.

the steam room needs improving. There was hardly no steam and it wasn't hot at all. Maybe the steam needs turning up, but I would definitely recommend fixing the problem because no one uses it, and it is a waste of electricity

We loved the location and the rooms where very clean and the bed was really comfortable I would definitely recommend staying here again this is my 4th time staying here and Im looking to come back in the summer with my children

the mattresses were too soft for us, but that is a subjective appreciation.

the room was fine, we had no noise from the outside; however, there were some noisy youthful guests in an adjacent room (but this is something that can happen in every hotel), luckily it didn't last too long, so we didn't complain about it at the desk; the beds were too soft for us, but that is for everyone different; the location was very good, near the city centre (15 minutes by foot), not far from the Dutch Photography museum & the Museumpark (both 15 minutes by foot); also quite a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood of the hotel; the breakfast was excellent, everything was available in profusion, the quality was excellent, the staff was very friendly.

Mattress too soft and saggy. Hasn’t yet been given the Hilton brand standards. Eg no water or body lotion in rooms. Reception area not very welcoming.

Nice location overlooking the water. Modern decor throughout. Good breakfast. Good air con. Friendly staff.

The place had a very odd smell to it - almost smelled like rotting fish !! Only milk avaialble in the room was powdered which I thought was a little bit odd, especially when you could have complimentary champagne at breakfast. Hotel was 4 star rated when I booked but I would say it is a good 3 star.

Location was pretty good. Tram stop and metro right outside so if you are bot keen on walking this was a bonus. Room was a nice size. Most staff were helpful.

no possible to call reception (i try for over 1 hour, several times ) , phone always busy, i had to go down to see two not busy people beeing at reception ( was 23:00 ) no water in room ( ok if its standard) no simple brekfast to go ( i ask at reception day before ) - i had to leave last day at 5:45 so i had no chance to use brekfast. other than that was ok, housekiping take care wery well for the room.

The only thing I wished they had was a heated pool. The pool is beautiful and clean, but just very cold (well, at least for me)

We stayed in a comfort room and it was really nice. We had a harbor view and could see over the waters which was also very nice. The location was also very central, close to the city and the tram stop was right outside the door.
