Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCoffee machine in room had no instructions so had to find a you tube video. Even then it didn't work properly. Fridge didn't work.
The hotel was clean and friendly. Excellent location with metro and tram right outside the door. Pool, sauna and steam room were very good. The pool was a little small. The jacuzzi bath in our room was brilliant. We liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. Bed very big and very comfortable.

No one came over to ask how our breakfast was or if we needed anything it was more a case of asking for things. This is not to downplay the restaurant but for the class of hotel I would have perhaps expected to see a few more smiles there
I booked this room as part of my partners birthday experience. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our room selection was one with a jacuzzi bath and sauna and we definitely made use of these. Breakfast was quite good as well. It was great to have a chef on site who made some lovely omlettes and avocado toast, not to mention the breakfast buffet which also has quite a few options. The spa facilities were also quite good, kept quite clean and tidy. My only suggestion would be that there were no weekday options for treatment as I was told that these only happen on a weekend.

GermanyStaff was not friendly, only girl at check out was very nice. The worst thing was that this hotel was booked months in advance and specifically because it was promoted as spa hotel, I asked for massages on check in and they tell me it’s all booked for weekend. I was shocked as I didn’t get any information or warning that I need to book massages in advance. I actually had to send additional email and ask for spa menu to prepare for the weekend and again no information was provided about booking upfront massages. We requested early check in, they couldn’t even make it to have room ready until at least hour before. In every hotel at least they try when it’s specially requested, but okey understandable if not possible it’s not promised. Furthermore, I asked for additional (charged on top of course) decorations in the room, walked in and nothing was there (but keep in mind room was being prepared until 15:00). Last thing that I can’t understand is that indoor pool water was so cold, everyone there were shocked when they step foot in that pool.
Nice sauna, available towels everywhere, location is really amazing, room are very nice and clean.

United KingdomFancy coffee machine but only powdered milk - yuk. Check in didn't go too smoothly so I was given a voucher for a drink at the bar/restaurant. First evening I go to the restauarant and order a mocktail. The drink arrives and the waitress then tells me the voucher doesn't cover the cost of a mocktail. Bill comes and I was charged17 euros. Seriously that is daylight robbery - the hotel should be ashamed of itself. The alcoholic cocktails were the same price !! I asked for directions to the Remastered experience. Told by the young lady on reception to go over the bridge, end of the traffic lights and turn right. Did this, completley wrong. I have now missed my time slot. Go back to the hotel and ask a different member of staff who tells me to go UNDER the bridge. Not impressed.
Room was a good size and the spa tub was heaven after walking for miles and hours each day. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was plentiful. Good location, with a tram stop and metro station outside. Evening meal I had in the restaurant each evening was outstanding. Most of the staff were very helpful.

United StatesThe hotel was a little out of the way for main attractions. I always had to walk about 20-25 or take multiple trams to get where I needed to be. Otherwise nothing negative about the hotel itself.
My room was beautiful, large and bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom with a separate toilet. A lovely sauna and gym were free to guests which was lovely.

United KingdomRooms facing city side can be noisy due to trams/ traffic. Reception staff was disappointing, a queue of people and no extra staff to help. We did not get told about breakfast or facilities at check-in.
We stayed in a City XL King room, which was amazing. Huge comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom with shower and spa bathtub. Ropes, towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner available. Hair dryer, safe and fridge available. There are huge windows with black out curtains. Funky decor. Great swimming pool and Sauna facilities. The breakfast options are fantastic, hot and cold breakfast. Chef cooking things to order. Tube/ tram stop right outside the front door. Great WiFi. There is also a Gym. Would recommend and will come back.

United KingdomUnfortunately although our room was beautiful it was on the road side and it was loud during the night. The swimming pool was definitely not heated and very cold. Prices of minibar and drinks in the bar were overpriced and room service stopped at 10.30pm (just a personal preference for it to be on a bit later)
The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful and the hotel was well decorated, clean and in a fantastic location in the city centre. A short walk from resturants, bars and sites. Metro, tram and water taxi all immediately outside and bike rentals available. The sauna was lovely and hot the spa was clean. Valet parking no problem (although expensive).
