didn’t pay for breakfast as was £30 Euros each was too much , also having to leave 150 euro can’t they just keep card details incase of anything

Well, not sure why the water is not complementary with the room as I had to pay almost 5 euro for each bottle of water.

The location is amazing. Metro station and tram station are exactly in front of the hotel door. It is very close to popular places such as the market and the cube house and the city center. The room which I booked has its own Jacuzzi and sauna

for the price we payed and being a 5 star hotel I expected at least the basic mini bar to be free of charge and to have a free bottle of water, charged 5 euro for a bottle. the “coffee station “ was minimal and not enough. The hotel could do more to make the guests feel welcome …

Bathroom door didn't shut fully which was a bit annoying.

The TV’s are very outdated

The bed was so comfortable, had such a good sleep! the view was very nice, especially during the evening with the lights of the city! The hotel is perfectly located, not far away from all sights that you need to see in Rotterdam.

We didn’t want to use the jacuzzi in the bathroom as we kept finding silverfish within it every time we returned to our room, we get that it’s something almost beyond their control but we received a poor excuse from the staff as to why they were in the room when checking out. Not what you expect to keep finding when paying over €1000 for a 5 night stay

For the Price paid for the Waterfront Spa, we expected it to be a bit more clean. Sadly, the Jacuzzi jets and the "disco" lighting only work together and you can't only have the jets (but that is personal preference and not the Hotels issue)

Very central location. Tram and Metro Station is within 1min walking distance from the Main Entrance of the hotel. Day tickets are available at the front desk cheaper than at the Station itself. Check In/Out was fast and easy. All our questions were answered politely. All staff were also skilled in English. There were enough Towels and Soaps in the Room. Breakfast was definitely worth the extra money, with a wide variety of foods and drinks, from boils eggs/fresh fried eggs to fruits and salads.

Somewhat run down; could use a fresh coat of paint or new equipment. Staff were hit and miss: most were just fine, but the guy at reception was unhelpful to us and downright rude and dismissive toward another guest. Ruined the experience a little. Overall hard to justify the price tag. My partner refused to believe the place had 5 stars.

There were a few spots on the walls in my bathroom that the cleaner must have missed and I certainly didn't want to investigate too much...

Rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortable, ideal for either leisure or business. Great to have a jacuzzi bath too - quite a treat after a long day. The general 'feel' and style of the hotel was excellent and the location and views were an added bonus.

One or two staff members should not be in the hospitality business. The last orders in the bar were 10:30, and when I asked if we could order a drink for the room, we were told no🤷🏽‍♂️

No major remarks

Great place to stay, just next to Erasmus bridge. Convenient base for exploring the city. Enjoyed the daily morning swim & breakfast to kick off each day.

We didn't find any remarkable feature that would make this a 5 star Hotel. Moreover, the only complimentary items in the bedroom were the tea and coffee capsules - yes, no complimentary water - and the fact that the guests need to leave a 100€ deposit (allegedly because of the minibar, which didn't actually have any expensive item), makes it look even "cheaper". All in all, although the stay was good, it was overly expensive for the delivered quality.

The decoration and design of the Hotel were the most relevant positive points.

I was unable to get any spa treatments despite trying a week in advance, it was fully booked.

The only thought was really a leak from the Jacuzzi bath, but I’m sure this will be rectified after we reported it.

The view from our room was superb overlooking the port and two waterways. It was on the direct tram line from Rotterdam Central station. The room was a good size with good facilities, including a sauna and Jacuzzi bath.

The only point to criticize would be the quality of the bed, which was way too soft. Other than that, everything was fine.

We got an update to a corner room on a high floor. Wonderful view towards the harbour. The interior is very stylish, and the wellness area is great as well. The people working at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the location is great to explore Rotterdam by foot.
