No breakfast included in the price. There was a very strong and an unpleasant smell in the room from the hall on our floor. The gym is very small.

A big and bright room with big and comfortable beds, a TV and a nice bathroom. A very nice and warm swimming pool, but the sauna was out of order. Late check-in, no problem. The staff was very friendly ☺️ Thank you!

free parking for hotel guests on the privat parking would be nice. in my opinion mom and two children should be able to stay in standard rooms, because there is enough space. (but we have been told that, according to dutch rules, a suit is necessary l)

Our room was 28 degrees. Told by the staff Air Conditioning was 'Seasonal' And so it made no difference at all. Had to complain. Offered alternative room, which was 20%- 30% smaller. (But cooler) If I pay for a room with AC, that is what I expect. Some staff mega helpful. Others wildly indifferent. It was resolved eventually by giving my wife and I free breakfast. So whilst the issue was a hassle, as was changing rooms after unpacking, the resolution was fine. Location was perfect. Parking dead easy Breakfast high quality.

the rooms were not soundproof, which quickly caused nuisance. We were bothered by a wild group of young people who made a lot of noise at night.

Gym was closed. At 9:30 AM started construction works. The receptionist told us, yes, the whole house is under construction. But Saturday morning? Really? As I criticized it, the receptionist answered, yes, I saw you earlier in the lobby, you didn’t sleep so long. Me not, but my friend tried to sleep longer. We paid not for being on construction site.

Perfect neighborhood, close to everything in the center. Parking space for 18€ per 24 hours is fair for the Netherlands. We have the possibility to check in early, thank you. Rooms are spacious. Indoor pool!

Limited services due to festival. Bar wasn't even busy but wouldn't give us anything outside a very limited menu and no food available after 10pm (even when we asked at 9.55pm, they wouldn't serve us). Foyer is very nice but rooms felt old, shabby and not deep cleaned. Not the standard I would expect from a 4 star hotel

The interior of the room was a bit old fashioned. There was a bad odor in the bathroom sometimes and there was no absorber or any air contitioner. The hotel should revise the bar opening times. They open it at 4 pm and before that there is no chance to get a good cup of coffee at the hotel (just from the machine that is not so delicious).

The whole service was great, we had a great time there. Price of the room was quite fair. The breakfast is also a good thing to mention. They have a great community space next to the reception called 'Living Room'. You can play biliard, table tennis and there is also an air hockey table where we spent some time during our stay. My daughter really loved it.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was also good but 20€ per person I guess it's a bit pricey. The other facilities in the hotel like swimming pool, several games for all are the highlights.

The extra bed was uncomfortable. The price which I paid using booking did not include tax. Also ı paid extra for parking and breakfast.

The location was good. The receptionists were nice and treated helpfully. The room was clean and tidy.

The room had cracks on the ceiling. Throughout the night the whole floor kept shaking, not sure if it was from the street or from something within the building. Also the pool, sauna and fitness did not work due to renovation and we were not offered any compensation.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, bed was pretty comfortable. The hotel is next to the city center, 3 min away from the museum of contemporary art. There is a nice "Living room" available to hang out with a pool table, table games, etc.
