The room was small and the ventilation was very loud. The beds were very adequate, though slightly small. At night the room was very warm. Keeping the windows cracked was not an option because of loud ventilation hardware right outside.

We could hear every step in the corridor and the walls were quite thin. Fortunately, it was noisy only one evening of our stay. A shelf broke, the drain covers for the sink and bath were missing but the staff gave them when we asked. The wifi didn't work for the first 2 days but worked on the last day.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Lots of mirrors. The view was good and the location is amazing. It is right in the city centre. The staff helped us quickly when needed. There is a bath.

Some of the other guests were shouting and making noise in the corridor during the night (but it was of course not the host's fault).

The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom just outside the room. The room was a bit cold when we arrived but they provided a small heater that did its job.

Small things such as room being a bit too dark (since the only two windows look onto the wall) and bathtub having no plug. The big issue I see only in very steep flights of stairs which lead to the rooms - people who have trouble with that should definitely consider another place for a stay

Room has beautiful design with tasteful decor. Furniture is comfortable and the atmosphere in general is nice. Location of the hotel is very central, however I heard no noise from the outside, despite the bar on the ground floor.

Friendly people , although perhaps a bit odd entrance (water pipe shop) But comfortable beds , room under roof was on some places low for tall people and so also the shower , but is with good array and nice good warm water.

Would have liked more lights in the room, it was a bit dim with only 1 ceiling light. Hotel located in a narrow alley- not very easy to park & unload bags. Stairs are very steep, so not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues.

Breakfast was very good. All our needs were attended to. Staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Room was very spacious.

On the first day there was a bad smell on the hallway (like something on the pipes), but it didn't get into the room.
