I wish the room was a little more sound insulated. There was a construction happening somewhere nearby at the time of our visit and even from the 8th floor we could hear the noise.

Very friendly staff! Room was big enough and had enough beds for a family stay. We would come again.

Food is quite pricey including the room service. On the website it states that all the rooms have a city view but our room was facing the university building, therefore no view. That was quite disappointing.

Super friendly staff, they even spoke to us in German at breakfast. The breakfast was so good and my son loved the pancakes and chicken sausages. It is also a child friendly restaurant which we loved. The RITUAL shower gels was amazing because we use them at home and it felt good having them there as well.

Annoying sound of elevator behind the wall- can't work in room and my sleep was not so well. If you want to change your room take a note that you must to pay extra.

Nice view to part of the city, good size of room - pretty big, Youtube and Netflix option in LCD TV, choose for all tastes at breakfast time

I was very disappointed about my stay. I found Novotel hotel very unprofessional. First of all it was very long to check in. Second, I got room where there were people when I entered. That was very embarrassing. I went back to the reception and I asked for a new room however I had to wait again. They told me the hotel was fully booked. Finally when I was really angry I got a room. They told me only for one night I can use the room and I have to change the morning. I found it also strange but I agreed because I was very tired. In the morning when I went down and I packed all my stuff they told me that I can stay in the room. The heating system was also not functioning properly so I called the receptionist. A lady came but she was unable to explain how it works and also it was not clear for her how to set it up.

Our daughter lives on Erasmus University Campus, so it is perfect location for us. Easy to reach from highway without crossing the city center. Parking available. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was large, comfortable and in pleasant style. Breakfast was phenomenal (regional food, fresh made pancakes, large selection of food), however not so cheap:)

The attitude of the breakfast and bar staff was quite rude. The food at restaurant dinner was below average and breakfast was not worth 20€. And they charge 30€/night for the dog for absolute nothing. Totally overpriced and n Not sure how this can be classed as 4****

1. Missing amenities (everything should be requested for a charge) 2. A/C wasn’t clear, tried to increase the temperature to no success. 3. housekeeping hours not clear, we couldn’t get our room cleaned at 1 point. 4. Services feels like they are given to the minimum. Felt like an Ibis instead of a Novotel. 5. Staff weren’t very happy to see guests (they could smile more or try to make full sentences instead of animal noise when replying)

The room, the view was really great. The room has all necessary things and it was very well equipped. In order to get to the center, you need to take subway, it is 5 min walk from the station.
