Many of the rooms are across the street which required walking under the street via a long hallway before going up a bank of elevators to room.

The hotel was located in quiet area. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The facilities were good and our bedroom was comfortable and had heated flooring in bathroom

The cleaning crew opened my carry-on luggage that I always locked in a particular way when I go out. I found out that my luggage locked in differently and the lock was on the other side of my luggage when I come back. I talked the director of the hotel security. But no answer at all. It was very scary because sometime I keep some money there.

The location is a bit far from train station and need some walk, it’s a bit rough if you are carrying luggages.

The breakfast is full of fresh and local varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Our tea bags didn’t get replenished each day, and no bottled water provided which I think should be in a 4* hotel. Could do with some hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels and bathrooms as no where to put them - especially with 3 people sharing. We asked for more coat hangers but we didn’t get any.

Good location and a clean hotel. Great choice for breakfast and a little shop inside selling drinks and snacks which was useful.

The breakfast was good, though I hope for more vegetarian options in the future.

The hotel staff were extremely cooperative, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Initially, we were given a room with stairs, but upon expressing our desire for a better room, the receptionist cooperated despite the lack of available rooms. The attention to our request was evident, and after one night, we were informed of a room availability and smoothly transitioned. We lodged two complaints over the phone, one regarding noise from another room and another about suspicious people at the hotel entrance, and in both cases, the response was prompt. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, comfortable, and family-friendly. The location is great. We will be visiting Amsterdam this summer, and I will stay at Radisson without hesitation.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was simply perfect.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel centrally located and in superb condition. The breakfast was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam for a few days.

Our room had no drawers so limited space to store clothing. Bathroom was good size but toilet position so close to wall that not easy to use! On three mornings one of the two coffee machines were not working so queues built up!

There was no offer of help with our bags on arrival (we are in our late 80's). Seems there is no porterage available. Our room (suite 454) requres 2 lifts and walk to access. Website suggests 454 has canal view - which is an exageration. The room is on 2 levels with steps - my wife fell at one point between levels. No information in the room on use of TV etc. No access to paid TV/internet services ( ex. Netflix, Prime).

Breakfast was very good. Very helpful staff memeber in booking some outings. Nice evening meal in restaurnat/bar.

How expensive everything was, it isn’t a cheap place to stay and breakfast wasn’t included in our stay and when my husband and I went to get some one morning it was €28.50 each which is absolutely ridiculous for what you get, needless to say we looked else where for food the duration off our stay

Location is absolutely perfect you’re about a 3min walk from Main Street, Staff where friendly and helpful and it’s a lovely hotel.

The breakfast main dishes did not change over the three days we stayed there. Stability is great but in this case, I'd appreciate some variations 😀 The breakfast was pretty good though, comprehensive, and tasty!

In the very heart of Amsterdam. That's an excellent location to explore the old city and the canals. Underground parking helps as well. The staff was very kind and helpful. I will choose this place during my future visits to Amsterdam.

the check in process is not smooth. They try to do a self check in but it does not work well. I also arrived in Amsterdam several hours earlier than check in and early check in was not accepted.

Size of room and price. Only one room was available and it was smaller than appeared online. Room we were given had view of business directly across the street. We were on first floor and could not open our curtains.
