Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety! Way better than I expected. Location was great, quiet street in the middle of everything still and loved our canal view room at the top. Would recommend

Hotel is a little pricey, two double G&Ts at the bar cost around £40, breakfast are also charged at a super premium (£25 for the basics) and rooms are around double the cost of a like for like in other cities we visited during the trip.

There was a sound of a fan working in the toilet which annoyed me. Also, they gave me two single beds, whereas I request one queen bed. Also, It is a bit expensive hotel.

Location is excellent - nearby everything. There is a parking lot but small and limited to few cars (I guess because it was in the middle of city center). Reception employees were amazing and very helpful.

For what you pay, I believe you do not get. The least they can offer is a bottle of water a day. There was one sparkling water in the fridge and that was all. Bathroom is not nice, tight shower, leaked water, rusted soap and shampoo dispensers, and tissue roll holders were damaged. Staff at the breakfast seemed unwelcoming, they weren’t disrespectful but that was the vibe I got from them.

The property is set in a great location. The hotel offered an assisted and fast self check in. Staff were very polite and attentive. Beds were very comfortable and room size was great.

Many of the rooms are across the street which required walking under the street via a long hallway before going up a bank of elevators to room.

The hotel was located in quiet area. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The facilities were good and our bedroom was comfortable and had heated flooring in bathroom

The cleaning crew opened my carry-on luggage that I always locked in a particular way when I go out. I found out that my luggage locked in differently and the lock was on the other side of my luggage when I come back. I talked the director of the hotel security. But no answer at all. It was very scary because sometime I keep some money there.

The location is a bit far from train station and need some walk, it’s a bit rough if you are carrying luggages.

The breakfast is full of fresh and local varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Our tea bags didn’t get replenished each day, and no bottled water provided which I think should be in a 4* hotel. Could do with some hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels and bathrooms as no where to put them - especially with 3 people sharing. We asked for more coat hangers but we didn’t get any.

Good location and a clean hotel. Great choice for breakfast and a little shop inside selling drinks and snacks which was useful.

The breakfast was good, though I hope for more vegetarian options in the future.

The hotel staff were extremely cooperative, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Initially, we were given a room with stairs, but upon expressing our desire for a better room, the receptionist cooperated despite the lack of available rooms. The attention to our request was evident, and after one night, we were informed of a room availability and smoothly transitioned. We lodged two complaints over the phone, one regarding noise from another room and another about suspicious people at the hotel entrance, and in both cases, the response was prompt. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, comfortable, and family-friendly. The location is great. We will be visiting Amsterdam this summer, and I will stay at Radisson without hesitation.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was simply perfect.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel centrally located and in superb condition. The breakfast was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam for a few days.

Our room had no drawers so limited space to store clothing. Bathroom was good size but toilet position so close to wall that not easy to use! On three mornings one of the two coffee machines were not working so queues built up!

Rooms facing inside courtyard are noisy. Have little privacy. By all means get a street facing room.
