We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsIt is a huge minus that this location doesnt have a restaurant that serves dinner and drinks. There is only breakfast, which seemed overpriced, so i did not take it, dont know how good it is. The room i was in was in the tower, so most of the time i had to bend over not to hit my head. Also lights were either not working properly, or it was not obvious how to switch them on, finally the whole bombarding with the chat and app to checking and checkout - if i wanted efficiency i would not book this hotel, i wanted relaxed and a bit of pampering kind of attitude here.
it is a beautiful place, the building looks exactly like on the picture, picturesque and cosy. Parking at the hotel, option to charge electric, all great. It is also pretty unique that the rooms are really built into the castle layout. There is a lift even

The room was huge and had a dining area plus a kitchen area (fridge, dishwasher etc). The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent for getting around the local area. The breakfast was 'continental' but plenty of choices.

NetherlandsWe returned after a great experience five years ago. Currently the restaurant is closed due to staff shortage, and this really takes the heart out of the place. Otherwise the hotel is run by a skeleton crew of 1-2 very kind but barely visible people as there are many tasks for them. No one sweeps or tidies the terrace or cares for the gardens. A place of such size really needs more staff and care to keep the splendor and grandeur it can have, and which is reflected in the pricing.

United StatesIt gets busy, so sometimes it can take some time for the staff to assist you (The same person seems to run the front desk and the restaurant at the same time). The smaller rooms can be somewhat cramped.
This is a great value for the money, but the rooms are very different in size and so some are a lot bigger. The restaurant is very good (although not open on all days). The staff is extremely friendly and do everything they can to help. It is also on the property of a castle, which makes it a unique, pleasant experience.

NetherlandsI was extremely disappointed. The rooms were small. Old sock was left behind by previous visitors. No dog bowls in the room even after paying an additional 15 Euro fee. No fridge in the room. Terrible breakfast for the price, all knives at our table were dirty. We were not informed of the e-vehicle charge of 15 Euro prior to our stay, very expensive. 35 Euro for a 6 Euro bottle of wine, totally overpriced. There was a terrible ringing noise in our room all night, sleep was uncomfortable.
