The rooms were quite cold, which was solved with the heating during the day. However, towards the evening the heating stopped working and it became very cold. During the night the radiators started working again, but made a lot of noise which disturbed our sleep

Great cozy hotel/B&B with a nice atmosphere. We stayed with a group of friends in 3 rooms. We especially enjoyed the interiors, a great breakfast, and very friendly staff. The value for money was also great. I can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a unique experience.

The bar closes at 10pm, no possibility for a late drink. It is like the only hotel, the rest of the village is closed, you have 8 guests, filling in perhaps 50% of the rooms and willing to pay some extra, make it happen.

What I liked the most was how they supported us in getting the rooms the way we wanted. Good restaurant and bar. Staff tried to accomodate in wath was possible.

There was not really a reception, young girls running the desk while working in the bar/kitchen. Seemed like they were maybe understaffed. Despite me writing message to the hotel about dietary restrictions, and explaining them in the morning - I wasn't understood, so feels like a waste of money for breakfast. Also if you need a quick bite in the morning, don't count on it, the breakfast is served per table (no buffet) so it takes lots of time.

Cozy room, although very small. I could make a cup of tea free of charge downstairs, because there was no kettle in the room. Perfect for a 1 night stay, with a quite nice restaurant downstairs. Breakfast seemed nice, but my dietary requirements were not understood.

Central location in Twello (I came to visit family). Lovely rooms with boutique features, nice restaurant with good food and drinks. Breakfast was a bit much for one person, shame to throw so much away.

The 90's phone set in the room is very old and feels out of place. It doesn't do the rest of the hotel justice and should be replaced with something modern. Heating in the bathroom could not be turned off.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms (incl bathroom) are comfortable and clean. The restaurant exceeded our expectations; great food and drinks menu and the service is excellent. We noticed numerous regulars and locals enjoying the restaurant and terrace as well so that should tell you enough.

There was a gnat problem. Every time I ordered food at the restaurant the gnats would be swarming around me and my food. Not just 1-2 but like 6-7. I had to throw my dish out because the gnats flew into my food.

Room had no windows or any airco, so it get warm as there is no air circulation, bathroom is outdated. Breakfast is served, by a friendly lady, but you also get what you do not eat, so I assume lot of waste.
