Nothing much but rooms was too small for a family of 5

Rooms was clean and amenities is available as listed. Walking distance 10 mins from station, trams station is right in front of the hotel. We had a great breakfast buffet at Teleport with various kinds of foods

Decent place for young people traveling or families on a budget. Centrally located, has a nice car park for 20 euros per night and the staff is very friendly.

the entrance of the hotel is such a bad image for the overall experience! the entrance is falling apart and it is dirty, and the reception also looks weird and messy. The reception and entrance with the “street ghetto” look doesn’t fit the room style which is actually really nice and clean.

The people knocking on random doors, no security from the front door to the rooms. Uncomfortable. Two people sleeping in the same single bed.

Room was actually smaller than expected. The shower was easily overflowing and making the entire bathroom floor + part of the carpet wet. There was no shampoo/soap for the shower. [was staying in a personal room and not the hostel room]

Our stay was very instrumental, so then this hotel was perfect. For a city trip where you would like to also enjoy your time in the hotel, we would probably pick another hotel (rooms are a bit dark and small). But if you are there just to sleep and have breakfast, this is a good value for your money.

The staff was super nice and helpful, that was the biggest plus! We were staying for the marathon and we could leave our bags in the hotel while running and could even get back to take a shower afterwards (paid). The location is very central so it is convenient for exploring Rotterdam.

The rooms weren't soundproof - was rudely woken up by a couple that was really enthusiastic about their lovemaking! And the next night, a bunch of girlfriends was telling stories at the top of their lungs, but it was the weekend - so I guess that's to be expected?

The location was excellent - easy to reach from the central station and city center and the staff were super helpful, polite and amazing!

We stay in room 318, smelly bathroom when we arrive, thought it is just temporarily, but when we come back in the night it was still there, after we found the hotel purposely use some wet tissue paper trying to trap smelly scent in toilet only

a bunk bed was squeezed in the room and made any movement in the room quite difficult. the size of the room was originally designed for just 1 queen bed.

It was unfortunate that we had to wait 45-60 minutes for our room to be ready (after their check-in time (15.00)).

Friendly staff, a prizewheel which we were said to spin to win a prize, this was a fun thing to experience.

only chargers for bottom bunk beds, so had to charge phones downstairs.

shower and toilets in the rooms which you share between 4 which was good. Rooms were decent size and beds we’re comfortable enough. Places to chill out outside the room, free tea and coffee there as well. Towels provided. Staff were all super lovely and helpful. Location was good, close to train station and metro, small walk to the markets.

I’ve stayed here various times, but the rooms are getting increasingly worse. Other people’s hair on the walls is something that puts me off. I don’t expect much at this price point, but cleanliness isn’t something that should be sacrificed.

It’s very cheap and serves the purpose of having a nights sleep.

Everything was good and more, but the carpet in the room was quite gross. It hadn’t been cleaned/sanitised properly for too long. That’s the only stain on an otherwise very pleasant experience.

- The water from the shower leaks in to the room carpet which then stinks as you can't open any windows. I was told that all rooms are the same way. - Low quality breakfast, just the bare minimum. - One reception employee in particular was a little bit unmannerly during our multiple interactions for no reason. It actually really spoiled a part of our stay.
