We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsI did not like that our double bed was 2 single beds together, so there was a crack between my partner and I when sleeping. But the bed was comfortable. I noticed the cold bathroom floor in the middle of the night when walking barefoot on the floor, so that woke me up more. But again, I really did love this place, and all the fine details.
My partner and I arrived in the afternoon, and check in was smooth and fast. We were so pleasantly surprised at the size of our room and the decor. So many details in the interior were attended to. There is a mini fridge in the room. Also very nice tea and coffee that we can make in the room. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and a balcony. The bathroom floor was cold to walk on, but small point for me, as we were so happy with the luxe feeling of everything else. Friendly owner who served us very nice breakfast, with fresh-squeezed orange juice, eggs, delicious assortment of breads, fruit salad. It is walking distance to the dunes, bike paths, and the sea. Although we did not sit in the garden in the back, it was also very beautiful. I would be happy to return to this family-owned B n B, or to recommend it to others! Thank you!

Beautifully restored in a quiet neighborhood setting. The room was lovely—like a Vermeer painting but with modern, clean amenities. We’d had a cold day visiting Texel and ended it at the Crown in a cozy bed with a hot cup of tea. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented—the service attentive and delightful. A highlight of our trip to the Netherlands. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a nice little town perfect for tulip hunting. The hotel itself is very charming and has a lot of character to it. The owners also stay in the same building and are great hosts. The breakfast spread was excellent and the hosts took care of the arrangements personally.

CanadaLocation was a bit far out as we walked everywhere. They had trouble with internet which wasn’t nice because we needed to arrange our travel and so on, but this was out of their control.
Breakfast was elaborate and there was plenty of good and delicious food. The room was beautiful and spacious. Bathroom was also large and well designed.

Everything was perfect! We are well travelled and demanding but this place surpassed all expectations considering it is a 3 star BnB at a very reasonable price. We spent 3 nights in this haven! The hosts were incredibly attentive and so kind. Our room was very spacious and everything was very high quality. Location is fantastic as it is a little outside from downtown Den Helder but easily accessible by bike (or by foot (4km)) and 10 minutes by foot to the sea and a selection of restaurants. Finally, the breakfast was off the charts!

GermanyWe had a wonderful stay. It is such a loverly place with an amazing atmosphere. We stayed for one week with our 2 year old son. Rooms are really big, bed are comfortable, everything is very clean and renovated. Take at least 30-45 min for maybe the best breakfast we ever had in the beautiful breakfast room with high end atmosphere. Our son even got a bucket full of cars etc to play.

United KingdomProperty was easy to find with Google Maps, it is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Great Continental breakfast. There is no evening meal but there are two excellent restaurants within 10 mins walk which were pointed out by the Hotel staff. My room was excellent with plenty of space and mini bar. The bathroom was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. If I have work in this area again this will be my go to place. I really enjoyed my stay
