The breakfast area is not large, and sometimes you cannot find a free table because people with laptops occupy them for several hours, with one person taking up an entire table.

Staying in this accommodation was great. The room is very clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and lasts for a long time. On weekends, it is available until 11 am, which is longer than on weekdays. The location is good, just a few minutes from the center by bus. You can use the gym for free.

The apartment is very well located, few minutes walking distance to the center. Studio (with kitchenette) was spacious and clean. Spacious bathroom too. Nice view. The breakfast was incredible (with fresh fruits, eggs, salmon, delicious banana bread and much more…) Staff very friendly and helpful.

While I appreciate the effort on sustainability, our soap was filled up with water instead of soap, toilet paper was forgotten to be filled up, as a second blanket we received a mattress protector that the cleaning staff just left laying on the floor the entire week, towels were exchanged every time although we left them on the hangers and the toilet flush button for the reduced amount of water was broken. So the cleaning staff definitely needs more training.

The location is really central and perfectly connected by public transport. The library is great to work at, while the real co-working spaces have to be paid separately which we didn't anticipate. Wifi was working really good even for video calls. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The next room had a party on the first evening and the sound level was high, but it didn't keep on going too late.

First time to Rotterdam. Arrived early but the receptionist offered a voucher drink, nice welcome action. The hotel is with good location and breakfast. The place is kind of sharing environment with additional entertainment. Impressive.

It can be a bit of a maze to find your way around the complex. Parking is paid and you have to walk about a block further to find the parking machine - not an issue if you have an app ofcourse.

Quick check-in, enormously spacious rooms and bathroom. All looks very modern and clean, right up to the standards of this day and age. A lot of facilities particularly catered to younger crowds, but this gives a trendy and lively vibe to the place. I was worried about noise, but this was not a factor in the past 2 times I stayed here.

Room was in satisfactory state, a bit shabby everywhere. Bathroom: no soundproof between bathroom and room (door was not easy to close), no ventilation in there, and unfortunately our bathroom smelled like smoke (maybe neighbors from up or below were smoking), had to keep it open always. Water temperature in the shower is not steady, sometimes just gets cold. Room: had everything overall, a bit strange location of tv and bed (in deluxe studio - it is very far, so you cant watch it really from bed (it faces window). The mattress was super hard at some places and uneven. Bad, not enough light within the room and the position of the mirrors is also not amazing, so it's hard to take a good look at yourself when preparing 😁 Elevator may jam you, as it will not stop closing if someone is in-between, so be careful 😮. Staff was okay, but often we just have to stand there wait till they finish their own business, and they just don't want to notice you😔 (bar, reception).

Good price, location, close to tram and metro station, a lot of "social" places inside the hotel (there are a lot of students), room was spacious, had private kitchenette. Windows were big, could open them both. Breakfast was nice. The coffee machine comes with some capsules, although you only have like 60ml glass inside the room, any other utensils - need to get in the lobby.

Being a student hotel, it is mainly oriented towards students, but we came as a family with a small baby. the rooms were clean and big enough, we could also get a baby bed. It was very quiet, we did not hear the neighbours at all. We did not go to the common areas, but you walk past it when you go to your room, at it looked really nice for studying or working with groups, the decoration was really colourful. We did have a coffee in the restauration area, the only negative part, is that the music was really loud for an 11 am coffee. The hotel is not too far from the city center, and public transport is nearby.
