Room with view blocked by construction scaffolding. Bill was wrong. One staff member simply not constructive solving an issue with room or error on bill.

Beautifully refurbished building with newly renovated rooms. Staff very friendly but not always efficient. Location good - easy walk to museums, fairly residential area with only some tourists, tram line convenient.

The breakfast price at the hotel seemed a bit steep. Fortunately there were a couple of charming breakfast places with an easy 10 minute walk.

The hotel is in a great location within walking or tram distance of many popular locations. I enjoyed renting a bicycle and riding around the area very much. The room was quaint and had plenty of room. The hotel staff was very helpful. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet however the daily housekeeping wasn’t great. Lot of bathroom amenities were missed and sheets or towels rarely changed.

Wish it was a little more centrally located, but it’s right off a metro stop and easy to get to wherever you want.

Building is cool, staff is awesome, overall one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Period. Restaurant on site was fabulous, top to bottom, just an outstanding experience.

We arrived late after a flight cancellation and we couldn’t get anything to eat. We booked a room with city views and the window in our room was high up in a corner and we couldn’t see anything… quite a disappointment.

Lighting in the room was good for atmosphere but poor if you wanted to read. None of the lights were well positioned for reading.

Hotel is in an excellent location and the building is full of character. Our room (queen) was spacious and clean. The mini bar (non-alcoholic) and toiletries were replenished each day. There was a good choice for breakfast with interesting salads in the cold buffet.

Very lovely classic Amsterdam building in a quiet location …..and you can open the windows. Plenty of good restaurants around including Jaspers 3-4 minutes walk. Private small garage for parking. Nice staff ….small garden area. All abundantly pleasant and well managed.

We used to open small window to let the fresh air in instead of using air conditioner. Unfortunately it was not possible in College hotel.

The bathroom of our ‘superior’ room was very small and the basin was in a cupboard in the bedroom which was inconvenient.

Excellent breakfast. All the hotel staff were , without exception, delightful, helpful and efficient . The location was excellent, within walking distance of the museums and trams right outside the door.

Breakfaft buffet located a bit hidden room and difficult to find it .Payment explanation is too much complicated for me and finally i got how much i paid for the room by receiving Invoice by mail.

Practical location, in front of Tram station directly from Central Station. 24H open Front desk is useful for late check-in.
