We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very nice hotel in the park, with swimming pool & sauna, good options for breakfast buffet (very good pancakes). Nice decor in the wellness area. Rituals shampoo also available in the wellness area.

NetherlandsThey need to change / clean the carpets. Our room had a big, nasty brown stain that kinda cuts down the overall experience. It woud not hurt if the balcony would be clean from leaves and dirt. It helps not bring it in the room on your feet/shoes. But that was the only bad thing about it.

Hong KongThe swimming pool was extremely cold, there were no bathrobes for guests left (all in wash we were told fir 3 days) and our room was supposed to be a spacious room but we found it somewhat small and had no view. We asked for a better view but were told fir 2 adults and a kid this is all that’s possible.
Breakfast was lovely but a bit more variation would have been good especially for the price per night.

GermanyIt was not the first time we spent here and it was always very nice here. However, this time there were some issues with the room: second key card did not work although it was reprogrammed and replaced a couple of times, the light in the entrance and the coffee mashine did not work, bathtub drain was leaking. Also the pool temperature was rather cold this time.

Belgium- The accommodation was quite pricey compared to what you received in return, but still better than prices in the city of Aken during a Christmas market weekend. - Our rooms unfortunately were not ready by the check-in time communicated beforehand (14:30), because of this we had to wait for about 45 minutes to check into our rooms and that cost us some valuable Christmas market time - for this price we would have expected our rooms to be fully ready in time - The pool was too cold to use for young children - although we fully support the efforts to reduce energy consumption if that is the reason, perhaps this is something to be taken into consideration in the future.
The beautiful and "rustgevende" location was magnificent, with its small lake and river, the park and nature around, and it's interesting to learn a bit more about the castle's history as well. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a nice little cosy bar in the hotel as well, which serves great pie. Also, the breakfast was marvellous and staff were very friendly, too.

NetherlandsSome of the electric car chargers did not ... charge. Little to complain about or it must be the lack of lights in the room. I find out booking via Booking.com is cheaper than via the hotel directly. Limited selection of beers in the bar.
Hotel is a few kms outside the village of Vaals. Nice area for hiking or cycling. It is pretty standard luxury, nothing that will surprise you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food in the bar and restaurant was nice! We walked to the Lodge for lunch and went to Voncken in Vaals to buy delicious 'vlaaien'.

GermanyWe droven our E Auto but could not recharge it in hotel without vattenfall member card and hotel could not help it. There is no Info mentioned on Hotel website that guest needs to have a special card to recharge the car. Finally I found solution to download vattenfall chargein App and register with credit card to recharge my car.

NetherlandsThe room was nice and quiet but terribly warm om arrival, so the first night it was hard to catch the sleep. Air ventilation did not provide enough coolness. At last we opened the balcony door permanently but that resulted in mosquitoes in the room.
