Extra beds' mattresses are in very low quality. An Ikea 100€ mattress would be much better.

We were there for 17 nights and the only windows looked up to the sky. Such pretty streets but sitting from the table or lounge was boring as there was nothing to see. The room under us had lovely views and a bigger room and bigger lounge. As we had a long stay I felt we should have been given the better room ( where our friends got to stay for 5 nights), so therefor it wasn’t pleasant to stay for 17 nights( we had room 3 . 1 was the best)

There was a slightly strange smell in the apartment, but after being in there for 5 minutes you stop noticing it.

There were some stroopwafels, tea and coffee available which was very nice.

Apartment is perfect, clean, equiped with all you need and don't need during your stay, but lack of comunication and contact with owner..we didn't see anyone there, number impossible to find on internet.

The only thing I could think of missing from this lovely property is a microwave. Except for this little thing, the apartment and the whole stay was perfect.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and was excellently equipped. The roof terrace was incredibly beautiful. The hosts were nice, the communication & key assignment was uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this accommodation.

The apartment wasnt super clean when we came in. Lots of dust, especially under beds as we moved them to fit our family of 5, and the shower had lots of hairs and gunk under sliding doors. The location is amazing, but was tricky for us for noise during sleeping hours as we had to close all the windows but then the bedroom got too warm. Granted we are not used to the noise, and one could get used to it. As well as the parking was a pain. Once we figured where we could park freely without time limitations it was much better, but I think Hema should give some more info (streets that are good) to make it easier. We were not familiar with Oudewater at all and spent the first couple days moving the vehicle hourly while we were there, which was a pain. I do wish that they had thought about supplies for length of our stay, one set of towels is not enough for 12 days if laundry takes more than one day for laundry to dry on the rack. As well I feel there should be enough coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs etc to last for the entire stay so I wouldnt need to ask for it. This is not meant as a bad review, more as pointers for how to make it even better!

We enjoyed the appartment very much! The apartment was well equiped with kitchen gear and it was very neat and tidy. It was conveniently located downtown for people who like to be close to the action of downtown. Beautiful old buildings and canals. The market was nice on Wednesday, where we bought fresh breads, cheese and fruit. The linens were nice and in good shape. The welcome gift was super kind and the discount at the store was a nice bonus! We knew it would be tight for us 5, having to set up the sofa bed daily and it was tricky to store our clothes with only one wardrobe and set of drawers. But we went into that knowingly when we booked a one bedroom apartment. It was tight but still quite comfortable for us.

We were not lucky. Parking in front of the building was not allowed because of roadwork. And in the morning had no water, again because of the same. Host couldn't provide us with sufficient water from the shop.

Collecting keys was okay once i found the code in so many messages I recieved from the host. We didn't know the lock though, so we fought a bit with how to open it. But it didn't take us long.

Everything was great. Clean and neat. We only missed a microwave a bit but we managed. There is also a lot of stairs which we didn't mind and the view from there was beautiful. Not to mention the terrace. We liked the small town atmosphere as well and with car it's not so far from the big cities.

the beds were not that good to sleep on in our cases. the pillows were too soft you couldn’t barely noticed you are sleeping on a pillow. in the bedroom you could hear everything from outside.

it was clean and cosy. the location was easy to find and in the centre of Oudewater where you can find several stores. The kitchen was well equipped.

it had one less bed than we were expecting, but we made it work. In general, the Netherlands is an expensive place for hotels, so value is rated lower

Wish it had basic stuff like kitchen rolls, shampoo, shower gel etc.

Loved the apartment and the location was a bit quiet but easily accessible by car. The bus stop was 10 minutes away. We were a group of 6 and the place had ample space for us. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. Hema is right below so if you need some stuff, you can always run down. They also presented us with some Dutch waffles and some tea bags.

Kitchen crockery was not clean and not ready to use, we need to clean it before use.

Location was very central yet quiet. Parking was very close and free of charge. Appartment was spacious.
