We highly recommend it! The hotel was convenently located, staff super friendly and both me and my wife enjoyed our stay without any disturbances. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again next time we'll be around.

There was nothing I did not like. But, If it was up to me, I would invest in an upgrade of the building; it is a cosy place with lots of possibilities.

It seemed like a smaller kind of family hotel, I like that scale. Room was nice including tea/coffee making facility. Outlook on the garden and terrace (I asked for a quiet room hence (I guess) a room at the back, nice! Friendly staff. I did not have any breakfast, so no input on this. Really nice that hotel has a private parking (away from the street). Close to museums etc.

The worker on night duty did not know much about the working of the hotel. He was unable to help with telephone charger. He told me night shops nearby may be able to help. When I went out, it was very late but there were no night shops anywhere in the vicinity of the hotel open that had electrical goods.

General staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. One female member of staff was extremely helpful with telephone charger.

the AC in my apartment was not working so the only thing that worked was a fan. but there is AC installed in hotel rooms in the main building.

the room is very spacious, the staff are very helpful and welcoming, the location of the hotel also puts you at the center of the city so it's very easy to get to attraction sites.

The room was on the 3. floor. It was the attic. The windows were so small, we could see only the sky like in the prison.

The breakfast was very good, big chooice of food. The little, inner yard was good in the hot summer time. The air conditioner worked well.

Good location in a nice neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Easily accessible to the train station via bus and tram. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden in the backyard where you can have breakfast. Bikes for rent on the premises. Coffee machine in the room.

The bed is a little bit small but it was a single and everything else was great!

The room was air-conditioned, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The wifi and facilities are well functioning and the room was well-lit! The staff members are also very friendly and they circled the main attractions in Rotterdam for me on a map.

The Museum Park and other city highlights in easy walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and smiling. Breakfast (for me a big thing :-)) is varied and adequate. There are different juices, fresh fruits, scrambled eggs w bacon, different yoghurts, granolas, small sweets, and much more. In my opinion, worth the 15 euro. There is a coffee capsule machine at the room as well as tea, milk and cold water in a small fridge. The view from the room was surprisingly pleasant, overlooking a small garden belonging to the hotel. At the garden, you can enjoy the breakfast or just a cup of coffee.

We could keep our bags safely after the check out in the hotel, the staff was also kind enough to give us a room to change up for our trip back home.

Not all staff was friendly towards us, not all our English was perfect, but apparently someone from the staff wanted to kick out one of our friend out the hotel room, because of a misunderstanding in reference to the booking, even tho they’ve booked the night already, a blond and a middle aged man where pretty rude towards us, probably because we seemed young, nonetheless we had a great stay.

The property was really uncomplicated, concerning finding public transport or the market. There was this one really kind woman belonging to the front desk staff who was overly kind and helpful towards us, gave us all kind of tips about the city so delightful, they where all very efficient, additionally the breakfast was exquisite. Overall exceeded my expectations, never slept in such a comfortable bed for a long time. Everytime we came back to the hotel, the bed was made ugh, would totally recommend it to anyone who visits Rotterdam!!

Great location to explore Rotterdam for a few days. Quite a few good coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The room was big, comfortable and clean. Efficient check-in and check-out.
