Staff changeovers meant some communications hadn't been shared and my keycard kept failing.

Good location - just out of the centre but well connected, near a great park and local neighbourhood. Hotel is really comfortable and breakfast was great.

People can be more friendly and welcoming. Hotel has outdoor WiFi and umbrella facility which is outsourced to third party. Facilities displayed at property appears that these are provided by hotel but this is not the case. Hotel should display it clearly that these facilities are operated by third party and in case of any issue with these facilities, hotel will not be responsible and will not support. People may not have issue with these facilities and may not had to seek help from hotel but I had issue with umbrella facility, so I had to go to third party for refund of money. Hotel should take this feedback and display transparency on third party facility or extend hotel support in case there is any issue with third party service provider.

Only one mirror in the room (not including the bathroom) which was in a corner with no light.

Really comfy room and very peaceful, the location was a little out of town but a lovely walk into the centre. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus.

I did not appreciate being double charged for the room. I had prepaid for my room and was charged again when I arrived. I did not think it was appropriate. I informed the front desk staff of my disagreement.

I liked the proximity to the bus line; the buffet breakfast; staff friendliness; cleanliness.

Had a meal on last evening..ribs.very bland and salad looked past its best so left most of it and paid quite a bit, but didn’t complain as rest of stay was so good

Lift could be a bit temperamental

Took us a while to get served at the bar, seemed a little chaotic.

Staff always helpful and friendly, nothing to much trouble. Easy transport links to the city centre.

Some of the receptionists were not as positive experience as the rest of the hotel. Spoke to the manager Marios, totally committed and dedicated - he leads by example - totally guest driven - thank you Marios! The staff who worked at the breakfast shifts were all amazing!

Spacious clean room and bathroom at the perfect location - less than 50 meters from bus stop that connects you to city centre and one or two stops from big supermarkets. Great breakfast!

The shower tray was blocked and didn't empty very well. The breakfast was good but perhaps overpriced @ 20EUR/head. The bar staff kicked us out of the bar at 11 pm on Friday night.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was also reasonably quiet even if the hotel sits beside a busy road. The connection to the town on bus 22 is also convenient.

Light in the room were a bit dull. difficult to see the mirroe Kettle became extremely hot from the outside

The beds were big and comfortable. we had a good view from the room. the room was spacious. The breakfast was good. the room was clean Location was great. We could get a bus to Centraal from straight outside the Hotel. The bus took 10 minutes from Hotel to Centraal

The only slight issue we had was our shower not draining properly but this was fixed really quickly. Absolutely no complaints.

Perfect for visiting Amsterdam with a very efficient bus stopping just outside the front door. Easy and cheap travel into Amsterdam (approx £2-3 per day for return) using debit cards - bud make sure to have a card for each traveller. Really clean, comfortable beds, amazing shower, really lovely and very helpful staff. Quiet area too so we all slept well. We were in a triple room (2x adults and 16yo) and they were 3 full size single beds which were comfy in a plenty big enough room. Also English tv channels and good wifi were welcomed by the teenager!
