“The Storfossen Hostel is a big surprise. The room is adorable, the common space(kitchen) is fully furnished and so nice. The staff are available and they have the self check in.”
“Great hostel in wonderful location. Easy enough to get in - I had to call the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy and warm. The common areas are large, with 2 kitchens, communal appliances/cooking items and a coffee and juice machine. The showers were warm and bathrooms clean.
Not too far from the hostel is a great sauna (Grjotangr sauna - book online) - would highly recommend! We saw the Northern lights from the balcony - spectacular!”
“The setting was fabulous. The host Lars was warm and exceptionally helpful. The dinner and drinks were great, as was the breakfast. Everything was a very good value. The outdoor hot tub under the northern lights was epic. And the design of the property was stunning, including the main resturaunt venue, with nearly 360 degree views of the fjord, mountains, etc. The first image is from a nearby mountain, the rest are right at the Arctic Centre Resort.”
