“The porter was very helpful - we forgot to mention when booking that we were traveling with two dogs. They would not have been allowed in the reserved room, but the porter was very friendly in rebooking us into another room, and the additional bed we had booked for our daughter was brought without any problems. We were concerned when we first walked into the room as there was a pub across the street, but it wasn't busy that night. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and everything was very fresh. The location of the hotel is also very nice, right on the river and in the middle of the city. We had a parking space in the underground car park, which does not belong to the hotel, but which offered direct access. The porter gave us the tip to book a 24-hour ticket directly because it was cheaper.”
