We would have preferred to have meals / food at our hotel. Especially breakfast where we ended up eating in the conference room on most days.

The location was great. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, but this was over at the sister hotel, so was a little busy - we had to sit in a conference room most days, but this was ok. Fika was nice. Dinner was good - we ate there every day.

The hotel restaurant was closed so braise and dinner was in the adjacent hotel. No prior warning of this was given. Breakfast was good but dinner was not brilliant. Limited choice and no vegetarian options. Rooms and hotel in general was tired - it could do with a refurbishment.

The access to the hotel was a little difficult. There were traffic restrictions which made it necessary for us to walk to the hotel from the main road.

The shower head was a little wonky, but everything else in the room was great. There were no herbal tea options or hot chocolate with breakfast, but juice and smoothies were available every day.

If you are considering booking this on the basis of the free evening meal, keep your expectations in check. The buffet featured a good range of salad and vegetable options, but the main dishes to us were a bit like hospital food. Not terrible, but just not terribly good, either. We only ate there on one of our 3 nights. Also some of the staff were much friendlier than others.

This is a no frills hotel with a good location close to bus and ferry terminals and the main streets of Tromsø. We took a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. I cannot say it really felt deluxe, but the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom clean, it ticked all the boxes without wowing. The sea view was definitely a highlight. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of foods on offer.

The kitchen was closed, so the meals were served in the partner hotel across the street, which is basically totally fine. The rooms would have been nicer at Hotel With. Breakfast buffet is rich and very good. Dinner buffet is half of breakfast and simple.

Great location. Good hotel in the centre of Tromsø. Easily to reach by public bus. Part of fitness devices is ok, a part is unusable. Very nice to have a sauna with view under the roof.

Cleaning staff comes in every other day. We stayed 3 nights ,so they came in last day but did not even replace coffee supply in the room

Rather basic breakfast & dinner. FIKA became somewhat repetitive. Arctic Cathedral disappointed & was outshone by the Tromso Cathedral. Aurora cruise dinner was poor, not to our palate, but seeing the "Northern Lights" made up for that.

Excellent location. Lovely views from our 5th floor superior room across the harbour & sea. Welcoming staff. Comfy room. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes, museums & Tromso cathedral. Good & easily accessible bus routes to cable-car & Arctic Cathedral.

Only negative is that the superior room did not have a drinks fridge, a security box or anywhere to unpack your clothing too-no cupboard or drawers which meant living out of the suitcase for five nights.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxed experience Killer location for everything and a great view from the bedroom Fantastic breakfast options and evening meal was different but really good too.

The hotel was right on the harbour, nice and central, only short walk for the very cheap.buses or taxi drop off and collections right outside. The food options were simple but very very nice. The afternoon cake was a nice touch. Food out locally very expensive so being included saved a quandary over where to eat in a morning and at night.
