Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere is no bath mat in the bathroom. The room on the lower floor that faces the street can be bothersome with noises.
Location is the reason I chose this hotel. It locates opposite Oslo Central station. A short walk to shopping centers, restaurants, the Opera House, and Munch Museum. We paid 100 Nok for an early check-in. The information about early check-in and late check out were sent to me prior to my arrival date. We got a room with an accessible bathroom, which is quite specious. I love the floor heating in the bathroom that can make my morning shower more enjoyable on a cold day. Staff are super nice and attentive. Please keep up your good work!

QatarExcellent location, very helpful staff, Hotel right outside the Oslo Central Station, clean rooms and room was spacious as much as it can get in this part. There is not much scope for breakfast within the Hotel, however there is a plenty of eating options in Central Station itself and a Mall attached right to the station or even a shopping area nearby. Found a good pizza joint nearby + nice Indian restaurant about 10 mins walk in shopping area next to Hotel.

United KingdomAdvice on how to use the lights in the room was sadly missing. I had to go to the desk to ask how to make them work. My eyesight is not good at the best of times and trying to figure out where the keycard went to keep the lights on was impossible in the dark. It was a simple thing when I was informed, and I was not the first to have a problem, but a notice above the slot where the card goes would have saved some unneeded stress!
The staff were really helpful in giving advice about places to eat and shop. The location, if you are using public transport, is really excellent.
