Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Tv was limited but you could cast from your phone to watch netflix etc. The wifi was good. Room was clean. Tea, coffee and sugar, but no milk.

NorwayThere is a portable AC in the room however, if one was to use it one would need pretty strong ear plugs as it was soooo loud. Bearing this in mind, we left the terrace door open, however as it is extremely close to a pond, we awoke to finding we had been attacked by midges (mosquitos) during the night. The breakfast arrangement should be better described on the website....Even in the room it was not clearly described that it was self service...in another building. We booked with breakfast included, but ended up going across the road to the petrol station and buying a sandwich and a coffee as it was too much hassle. Eventually we figured out the room "keycard" also opened the door to the café across the road, however once in we could not find the light switch...we did find the fridge where there were cartons of ham, eggs, butter, vegetables etc...and on the side were loafs of bread in bags........Considering we were in the dark, and not prepared to unwrap our breakfast we opted for the petrol station across the road.....had I known this I would not have booked the room with breakfast included as we wasted our money there.
Not sure there was anything I could add here as to what I liked per say, apart from the fact that it is close to multiple electric car charging points ...so I guess this was a bonus. If you are only looking for a basic room for the night close to the motorway, then this would suit.

BelgiumVery simple and basic room. No fridge. No microwave either. The soap serves as hand soap, shampoo and shower gel - I preferred to use my own. But again, didn't expect anything else for the price.
It is an old motel alongside the highway. Nothing special, good for a break at night to sleep. A couple of teabags and a kettle in the room were nice, which I appreciated a lot - not having to dig in the car for a tea bag :D Plus is a grocery store across the parking lot.
