I think the facility is just probably a little bit older, gym was stuffy could use some ventilation, crazy uneven road ramp to get to the hotel from the road.

Room was nice, water got warm quickly, good fan to keep room chilly. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Front desk helped me out twice, house keeping was also friendly.

did not like to location or the surrounding abandoned/burned down buildings right next door. lots of people just walking around the parking lot. not worth the price at all.

During a stay of three days I never managed to get tea in the morning - I asked for it all mornings, but no - I don´t know why they had hot water - maybe I should have brought my own teabags?

Best Western Montgomery I85 North is a fine and nice hotel close to the highways and not that far from the city-center of Montgomery. The room was fine and quiet and there was an OK breakfast. There is fastfood to eat close to the hotel

The shower had hair in it. The sink was outside of the bathroom. The room was dusty. The breakfast was not good. There was nothing left by 7:30. There was no coffee left either. The tea selection was not good either. They didn’t have regular black tea.

I liked that it was free. Location was fine.

The rate that I am quoted when setting up my reservation is NOT the same. I pay more than what is quoted. Not sure how to resolve it, because I bring it to the person attention.

The environment is fairly quiet and a person can get some sleep.

There was not a nice smell when entering hotel and in the hallways in general maybe could do we a spray or clean up, Didn't have a warm welcome by reception staff but maybe caught her on a off moment as did get a smile a little later on. Room was clean enough but the bathroom fan was soooo loud and came on automatically when light turned on so non usuable at night. Breakfast was interesting and we didn't eat it.

The location was not good, unable to walk anywhere as it was not a safe neighbourhood. The bathroom was tiny and needs maintenance. The breakfast - there was not much choice and the coffee had run out and wasn’t replaced before we left. There was no hairdryer in room 135 and I don’t think reception believed me when I asked for one.

When I checked in ( labor day weekend 9/2) the front desk clerk acted like she didn't want to be there. Attitude was definitely written all over her face and beard. My room was clean but had a smell to it. Room 125.

The pool was green and full of debris. I went to go swimming and wouldn't dare get in that. The location was iffy at best. There were a lot of people walking around the area panhandling for money. A large group of young men were hanging out outside the gas station across the street for very long periods of time. The shower was too small and didn't not have enough pressure.

Nice continental breakfast and the room was comfortable except for thr shower. The air conditioner worked great and was able to keep the room cool even though it was extremely hot outside.

the breakfast location was very small and tight limited breakfast foods and the air didn’t work very well but we had all took showers and was exhausted to report it to probably get a room change so we dealt with it

The atmosphere around the property less than ideal. It was very noisy with people yelling and arguing outside. There were 3 men around the hotel in the parking lot and lobby that seemed suspicious. They were not patrons of the hotel. I did not feel safe.
