the stairs to the sleeping space was quite terrible, I'm not so young anymore and had problem descending

TV dodgy, stairs to upper bedroom were an accident waiting to happen!!!! Shower faulty, this should be seen by the staff without having to complain.....

Quality self contained apartment, would have been happy to stay there more than one night, stairs a death trap.....

If someone from another apartment is cooking, you'll know it. The fan from the kitchen "sucked" the smell of goulash from the neighbour's so our whole apartment smelled - and our clothes, too.

It was perfect for what we needed. The hotel is very cozy, we had an apartment with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and a balcony. We were very tired and needed something cozy for the day. So having a splendid view, with a bit of rain, drinking tea, wrapped in a blanket and looking into the gorgeous surroundings - just perfect. One could stay a few days here without a doubt. The breakfast was very good, not a lot of options, but enough to fill you up. :) The lady at the check-in/out was very friendly and warm. In the morning the sun was shinning so sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee with a gorgeous view was just perfect.

I think each apartment is different, but ours had a ridiculously small bedroom. So many questions, like how do they make the bed; but anyway.

Apartments with a nice view. Self catering facilities were more at the basic end of the scale, but fine. Breakfast was good. Internet was good. Reasonable supermarket with good EV charging nearby in Roldal.

Television had limited options. No access to YouTube or Netflix. Our room had no WiFi connection despite multiple attempts to join as per given instructions.

Location. Kids like the beds upstairs. Good breakfast. Very good reception staff.

the bed, sorry but I never had such a construct before… almost like two sun lounger with a very thin mattress on them (would not stop us from coming back ;) but it was annoying) Hotel looks a little old but don’t let that stop you

Perfect views, spacious rooms, the staff is awesome- always friendly and really good at giving recommendations for hikes, breakfast and meals were absolutely okay for the price

Some of the fittings (venetian blinds) around the room could have been updated/maintained, and there was coffee and tea in the room but no milk. In my books this is not a huge problem at all especially given the view and that we were there for one night. Breakfast had a plentiful spread and heaps of coffee and milk anyway :-).

This location is absolutely stunning. So peaceful and relaxing look out at the water and mountains. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were staying in August and I really hope we can come back to visit in Winter to see the transformation.

Food was limited but you do have your own kitchen.

The lounge was very dark- no overhead or wall lighting at all, just a couple of reading lamps. Terrible wifi The bunk bedroom was very small and the bottom of the bunk bed was not really suitable for adults. Basic kitchen with minimal equipment.

We found a jacket left by previous guests - so the cleaning was probably not perfect. There is a lot of locket lockers in the room, if there is something we should not touch - why to keep it in the room?

astonishing view from the room on the lake. incredible service, as we had to leave early - we got a private breakfast served a day before and kept in the fridge. Cozy room. Although it is not mentioned - there is WiFi in most of the rooms, important if you have teenagers :)

the bedroom was the size of a medium closet and the bed very samll

the location was very convenient for our trip plan going from Trolltunga to Preikestolen. the living room in the apartment is quite large (please note the apartment are not all the same in size and furniture, these are private apartments that are rented out). the view from the room and the large public terrace is very nice. Breakfast was very good and diverse. the living room had a sofa bed that can sleep two.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Bedroom was slightly too small and we couldn't open its' window but no biggies.

We arrived quite late in the evening after a long but fantastic travel day. We visited Steindalsfossen and we crossed Hardangerfjorden by taking the ferry from Torvikbygd to Jondal, we highly recommend it! Check-in was friendly and when we entered the small apartment we were awed. Didn't know it would be so big and what a view! Everything was clean, bathroom was good sized, shower was fantastic. Bedroom was small but beds were comfy. Breakfast next morning was plentiful and tasty. Check-out was friendly.

The lighting was a bit weird. There were no ceiling lights. Not really a big deal, because it was summer. But just small room for improvement.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We didn't have a view. But didn't end up missing it. Was very nice for our dog as well. They deliver pizza to your room. Which is great.
