restaurant personnel attitude could be better (they seemed under stressed /tired) forgot to bring bring bread and butter or ask for it (they did for tables in neighbouring room " in the morning they started to clear the breakfast buffet exactly 5 min before 10:30 (closing time for breakfast buffet - they seemed in a hurry and closed the buffet doors exactly at 10:30 - no smoked salmon at the breakfast buffet

For this price I think the entrance to the pool and sauna should be included in the price. Also, the sauna wasn't exactly hot, well, 60 degrees but was supposed to be 80 we were told. The breakfast could have been a bit better with more interesting food selection, and include different coffee drinks, not just black coffee. It was a bit cold in the room and the light in the room stopped working several times. The TV was also not easy to turn on..

Friendly staff who seemed to enjoy their work and was happy to help, comfortable hotel, not to crowded a Saturday in January. At one point we had the pool to our selves.

the spa facilities close really early at 7pm. there was a wedding party playing loud music till 3 am that kept us awake.

Some details in common areas could be managed better. The coffee machine was,in my opinion, hard to find because it was situated apart from the breakfast area, so I first thought there was no coffee for breakfast.

Room is a little dusty. Had expected some preparations for 3 adults (stated this in the booking), but seems like the standard setup is for 2 adults - only two towels were set up, and the extra bed had no mattress cover provided (Could have asked these from the reception, but it does seemed to be a slight bother on my end). Being coffee-enthusiast, had expected a coffee-machine (stated available in the junior suite), but then it was not - I am assuming this is also due to the coronavirus restrictions.

Good selection of breakfast, despite the coronavirus restrictions. Staff are friendly people. Enjoyed the hunt for art installations around the hotel - amidst the beautiful scenery. Indoor swimming pool is a fantastic piece of technology. Room size is just right for us (2 adults, one 8-year-old, and an infant). If we had more time than just a day, we would have gone for more activities - kick-bikes, frisbee, and the likes.

The room was cleaned once within a week. The wall showed marks and spiderwebs which were visible old. The staff explained us due to corona restrictions they don’t cleaned the room as long as you don’t ask for it and only if you stay longer than three nights. We stayed a week and the marks and spider webs were still there also after cleaning.

Very nice Place, with nice nature, good food and good facilities for relaxing. Very friendly staff and a great place to run away from home office and have a little comfort. Especially with the spa connected it’s just a dream.

A hot pot to make tea in your room would be nice. Everything else was very good.

The included breakfast had both a wide choice of foods and was plentiful, in short it was the best breakfast of our entire trip. The grounds are nice for a short walk around. The grounds are also dotted with various sculptures, we found one or two a bit odd, but still appreciated the effort to incorporate some nice artwork into the hotel grounds. The facility itself is clean, and relaxing All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful too. Highly recommend this hotel, it's not that far from Oslo's airport either.

I don't know how they do it but they make it such a homey comfortable hotel with GREAT food and the most wonderful staff. It feels like you're at a friend's house. We will continue to come back here!
