Room and bathroom had heated flooring and a heater we could adjust to fit our needs. Hostess heated up our room before our arrival. Fabulous breakfast! Try the brown cheese! It’s a special local delicacy created in Norway.

It was located right in Josetedalsbreen National Park. The hotel is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and rolling hills, such a beautiful location! The staff was so kind. Our glacier walk was canceled and she helped us find other things to do in the area. There is a restaurant at the hotel and it was nice having a warm meal after a long day of driving and hiking.

Kind staff, excellent service. Restaurant had great prices and good quality and quantity of food. In addition, opening hours are great as it stays open until 21:00 in the evening. Great location (5 min drive to glaciar visitor center) and great breakfast. Room was very good size, comfortable with great views of jostedal.

Location was perfect for exploring the park. Our room was nice and comfortable. The food was great. I had a filling dinner and breakfast the next morning was amazing.

The room was large, we got a family room, which was nice. The curtains do not prevent light from entering. No power outlets near the bed. The bath was nice but the water went outside. Some skwiking and noise from the upper room (the building is not new) The breakfast was OK but they had to prepare more eggs, since it was finished. There were some people that were very noisy in the restaurant, no one asked them to keep quite (too bad}

Nothing bad about the accommodation. We would have liked to extend our stay because the area is beautiful.

We stayed 2 nights at Jostedal Hotel to visit the nearby valleys. The location is exceptional, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the room, which had views of two waterfalls and part of the valley. The owner was kind, funny, affectionate... and she gave us many useful explanations about dinner. Very good breakfast and dinner, in a warm room. There was a homemade strawberry jam that... Mmmm....

No elevator to floor 3. Some carrying required in stairs. As the place allows packing lunch fir a cost, breakfast buffet was running out fast as groups kept making sandwiches for lunch. Once left, we had the chance to pick our breakfast from buffet. Breakfast was OK.

The staff were great and nice. Rooms were comfortable and with large space. Atmosphere is of a travelers hotel, we loved it. Locations is perfect for next day glacier tour (or end of day) 5 minutes from the glacier tourist center.

The shades in the bedroom didn't cover the window well and it was subsequently hard to sleep (due to the light from the outside) .

The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment is Located near the glaciers. It is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast (not included, at extra fee) is nice and diverse.
