The views surrounding the property are stunning. We stayed here after completing the Norseman triathlon and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were well designed with lots of storage options, there's saunas, the breakfast and dinner were superb!

The public shower rooms are too few, in our cabin there is only two shower with curtains. The other one is totally public.

Although it’s public bathroom, but I’m happy there is sauna and a nice dryer room. The staffs are friendly, and the food is great.

Shared bathroom proved to be the showers for the sauna. A more private shares bathroom i.e. a shower cabin would have been preferable

Nice room with a fantastic view to the Gausta mountain and a lake. Facilities are fine, linens and towels are included, just need to set the linens ourselves. Breakfast is good enough. Location is great!

It should be written in the booking details that the order for diner can be done by 10 o clock and no later otherwise you get confused that it can be ordered on site which is not the case. In general the dinner can be improved(by a lot). It is not worth it the 280kr. I would not order it second time. On the other hand the breakfast was good would recommend.

The walls are externally thin, and you can easily hear the noise from the room next to yours.

The view from the room was really nice with a small terrasse, over the lake & Gaustatoppen.

The staff. We had a bad experience with the electric car charging so had to park the car quite a far. We requested the guy at the reception if he could drop one of us to the car park which was 1 hour away by walk. He said they have a car but they don't use it for customers. So he was insensitive and unwilling to help. Thankfully we found a good Norwegian citizen at the place and he gladly dropped one of us to the car park so we could drive the car back to this place.

The blinds/curtains were a light color.. Since we came in summer, there was sunlight for like 20hrs .. which really interfered in our sleep.. it's really tough to focus the next day, after a full day trek and no night sleep.. Also since we were vegetarians, we had to inform and order vegetarian meals the day before, when we had no idea that we would want to order meals the next night. ( Since the kitchen was amazing, we chose to cook but one night we were really tired and wanted to order meals) . We didn't get any main course that day arrive we forgot to inform them. A suggestion would be to ask guests when they order meals whether they want vegetarian meals, because it is very easy for us to forget it.

The location was amazing.. Kitchen was fully equipped.. but since not all customers are really clean, it is better to clean the utensils before using.

the breakfast was really bad. Was not even ordinary cucumber. Not much to choose from. Sqeecky doors. Woke everybody up in the night.
