The size of the room could have been larger considering the extra bed for our kid.

The hotel was located very close to the Oslo Central Train station and was close to the main attractions. The rooms were quiet and overall our stay was comfortable. We had a nice view of the city from our room.

The access to the pool could be improved. The room was a bit dirty and the floor dusty. And the breakfast it's OK but pretty basic, it gets boring after the first day.

Excellent location, the facilities are very good, specially the sauna and heated pool.

Room really needed drawers for clothes but we managed. Bathroom had great shower but could be dangerous getting in and out of bath for the less mobile ,

The breakfast was smaller in comparison to buffets offered by similar hotels in that price range. The coffee machine makes particularly bad coffee.

Ideal location, for both the city centre, attractions and the central railway station. Being almost next door to the central railway station made it ideal to travel to from the airport.

There are no bathrobes and slippers in the rooms. Money is deducted for each opening of the refrigerator.

The toilet wasn’t clean as looked brownish was a turn off.

Beautiful and nice hotel right in the city centre few minutes walk to train station and shopping centre. Got great facilities. Gym on rooftop where you can see the city of oslo.

Bit of a hike to access swimming pools. Guests have to climb spiral staircase.

The bed sheets were a bit too small, so weren't properly tucked in, so ended up with wrinkled sheets (honestly, you'd think Radisson would have the basics nailed by now!). Plus an old fashioned bath that's not easy to get in or out of when you want a shower in the morning.

Fantastic location, the bar on the top floor, superb views, decent breakfast, helpful staff... Not as expensive as I would have expected for such a prime location.

For us, the bed was really uncomfortable. I appreciate that is a personal thing. But it was extremely soft. The heat in the hotel didn't help either. So we felt very overheated and then were sinking into a hot bed. For us, this wasn't nice.

The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were fantastic. Also if you are staying you MUST try The Top restaurant. It was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast at the hotel was fabulous - so much choice. We were able to book a time at reception which meant we definitely had a seat. The staff were excellent, everyone we spoke to was really helpful and kind.

The top bar and restaurant isn’t open on Sundays and Mondays - so I missed out. TV wasn’t working.

Great location! Right near Grand Central Station. All the staff were excellent. Rooms clean and spacious. Big buffet breakfast!

We were charged for bar service or mini bar without authorisation. We did not have any bar service so i question how secure that is. The charge was reversed but it still annoys me.
