Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was located very close to the Oslo Central Train station and was close to the main attractions. The rooms were quiet and overall our stay was comfortable. We had a nice view of the city from our room.

United KingdomThe bed sheets were a bit too small, so weren't properly tucked in, so ended up with wrinkled sheets (honestly, you'd think Radisson would have the basics nailed by now!). Plus an old fashioned bath that's not easy to get in or out of when you want a shower in the morning.
Fantastic location, the bar on the top floor, superb views, decent breakfast, helpful staff... Not as expensive as I would have expected for such a prime location.

United KingdomFor us, the bed was really uncomfortable. I appreciate that is a personal thing. But it was extremely soft. The heat in the hotel didn't help either. So we felt very overheated and then were sinking into a hot bed. For us, this wasn't nice.
The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were fantastic. Also if you are staying you MUST try The Top restaurant. It was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast at the hotel was fabulous - so much choice. We were able to book a time at reception which meant we definitely had a seat. The staff were excellent, everyone we spoke to was really helpful and kind.
