a nice hotel with great and responsive staff. it is clean and comfortable. it is also in the city center with many popular places around you. overall it was a good experience

Use of the fridge in the room. Because it is a mini bar and sealed can't use it to put in my own food and drink.

Decent location close to the main train station. Got a superior room which was excellent. Didn't bother with breakfast as i was either up and out before it started or getting back just before it started. However if you booked a day in advance you got it at a really good rate, probably half of what you would pay on the day. You could pick and choose the days too, which I thought was an excellent option. Rooftop bar was fantastic with a great view and an opportunity to meet great locals who stoped in after work. Veronica especially who sat and had another drink with me and listened to me waffle on about what I had done in Oslo for an hour or two before making her way home. Cocktails were the same cost as other classy establishments in the city 200 ish nok and beers were around average too. Used the sauna, which was good but didn't use the pool. It's hidden away up a tower staircase. Watched the football in the pizza restaurant on ground floor. Average price for beer compared to everywhere else but didn't eat there.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is close to Central Station and within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions.

Location! Somehow it was good for visiting the important places in Oslo, also very close to Oslo Station, but not safe in the night time! At the breakfast was really crowded, small rooms to eat in, comparing with the amount of people who were staying at the hotel.

A couple of minor niggles. We were told at check-in not to even open the mini-bar if we didn't intend to use it as this may incur a £20 charge!! Extraordinary! Also there was a query about a bill for dinner which was charged twice at different amounts and has still not been resolved.

Excellent room with a lovely fjord and city view. Bed very comfortable and room always warm and welcoming. The system for using the lift was something I'd never come across before and was outstandingly efficient.

During our stay multiple attempts to open the door (I hope all staff), 4 times this happened and it got to the point where we had to put the lock on the door to stop people from just trying to come in. At least 1 was housekeeping, fair enough 1 at least was a minibar guy (we didn't touch it) so why was he trying to enter? They supposedly have sensors too so they would potentially know if we needed a restock. The other 2 times we didn't see the person but it was 2 other gentlemen from what I believe. On every occasion they would knock once or twice... Then just try and enter not a second later. Often resulting in (my partner more than me) quickly hiding away if getting dressed or if any "situations" were happening at the time. The reception passed it off as a welfare check (after 15:00 apparently), however there was no phone calls further more no attempted enter was around 15:00 at all. However once asked the young lady with blonde hair at reception (can't remember her name) was fantastic and we weren't pestered for the next days. To make it worse my partner suffers with PTSD & varying diagnosed health concerns so after all of that she DID NOT feel comfortable in the slightest (neither did I at moments). Fantastic holiday just a terrible shock that it seemed anyone could just enter whenever they wanted and asking a second time to be left alone done the trick.

Everything, staff were fantastic and friendly. Pool was nice "The top" hotel bar & restaurant was absolutely amazing Spacious city view room, clean ... Literally everything else, awesome place it stay.
